Carrabba's Italian Grill, Katy TX

I wish I remember our waiters name, the customer service was superb. The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned that we had to come back for lunch today. Great dinner from drinks, too the appetizers to our men meals for dinner which we were too stuffed to even attempt so we had to take them to go. This will be our go to Italian restaurant closer to home.

My poor server was bouncing from table to table and it seemed that she couldn't catch up. For a meal that should take less than an hour, took 90 minutes. All I had was the soup and salad $7.99 special. I was pretty disappointed with my tepid soup and over seasoned salad. Carrabba's you can do better than this. I did like the background music though.

The waiter wasn't good, seemed impatient, and disinterest. Margarita taste like margarita mix w/o the tequila, and too sweet. The food was good.

We enjoy eating for starters the calamari and cheese sticks. The bread with the olive oil and spices is addicting. You can't go wrong with the Johnny. You get a flavored plank of chicken and steak. The lasagna always hits the spot. The pasta wessie is always a hit with the shrimp.

If I could leave a Zero I would as we tried to have lunch there but they didn't have time to wait on us even though they were empty! Should have been a sign as the hostess was too busy to even acknowledge us!

Don’t like the concept for keeping pickup orders for uber eats & door dash outside restaurants

I just noticed one order flying due to wind!

This is one of my favorite Italian spots, however it was my first time to this location in S Fry Rd. I will Never return to this location again. The customer service was horrible and our food was HORRIBLE! I always order a veggie pasta and they added cold veggies to my pasta. They forgot to add my cherry tomatoes and when I asked the waiter for them he brought me cold tomatoes. I didn’t use them and took a bite of my pasta and realized that all my veggies were fresh out the fridge and not even slightly warmed. Me and my family will not return

Food is great waitress was good but on our way out the hostess was greatly disrespectful "when we said good night she loudly said before my kids NOW THAT YOU ARE LEAVING " i did not say anything because if she dares to say that is because she may yhe owners family or something then they will do nothing, we wanted to have s nice dinner in a great place we dont need humiliation specially on my daughters birthday " i thought other than americans are welcome specially being Italian food served Not coming to this pkace yo feel that way anymore IF YOUARE NOT AMERICAN BE PREPARED just to say.

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as positive as other reviewers. Waitstaff was very slow. Empty drink cups for awhile. They were out of lids for kids drinks. Water cup was not clean. We ordered two orders of the Johnny trio and they thought we were splitting one order. To top it off, there was hair in the meal. Very disappointing. They did kindly offer a complimentary dessert but we declined. At that point we just wanted to leave.

Food was just blah.service was good but overall the facility seemed just ran down. The price did not equal what was delivered. Maybe it's time to think about a remodel and updated relaunch of this brand, or at least this location.

Seated quickly, server Lillian was attentive and kind. Ordered the Caprese and Burrata appetizer - so delicious - tomatoes plump, Burrata creamy, balsamic glaze and red onion balanced it out perfectly! My phone freaked out, so no photos tonight: - I got the Italian salad and it was just ok, lettuce was a little watery, not much flavor. My husband ordered the soup and it was only alright, he ordered Minestrone but it was loaded with potatoes - so we aren't sure he got the right thing. Next we shared the Trio with Steak Marsala and Chicken Bryan - so so good! Steak was seasoned well and cooked exactly as ordered. The goat cheese and sundried tomatoes on the chicken went great together. Our server said they would split it in the kitchen, but it came out on one plate and we had to divide it ourselves. While we were eating a busboy cleared the table next to us and it sounded like he was angry! He was slamming the bowls and plates as he stacked them. Several customers stopped and looked because it was so disruptive, but he didn't notice. Same guy was later moving a table top and I thought he was going to drop it on my husband. Exciting! I would definitely order the appetizer and entree again, but skip the salad and soup. Bon Appetit!

This place was good. Service was slow. I understand that it was crowded when we went but my glass was empty for the entire meal. Saw our server a total of three times. Once to take our order. Once to bring us the food and once for the check.

My spoon was dirty, it had food, I guess from a previous guest, then, I ordered my dish, and I had to return my pasta because it was horribly overcooked! The only thing that saved the night was the service, Kathy was a terrific waitress, but sadly, I'm not got back to the place.

I saw a dead fly in my Caesar salad! And I got a stomach ache possibly from the food poisoning cause I never had it until I ordered from them via DoorDash. Sad tbh

Came here and have never had anything but the best service, however today exceeded all expectations! Our waiter Charlie was attentive to all of our needs. He wasn’t constantly overbearing and I never missed a beat. Will definitely ask for him every time I come!
The food was 8/10 but the service was 11/10

Nothing is Italian there, nothing tastes Italian there. If you are looking for Italian food don't go Carrabba's. Waitress really good. Service good.
