Sam understands his clients' needs and has a no-excuse mentality to executing. I moved to north Austin for work and I needed to sell my house in Houston, but first I wanted to make some updates so we could put it on the market for top dollar. Had a great experience with the Carratala group I really appreciated their ability to work around our schedule. They were very helpful in explaining the different phases of the house hunting through the financing. They helped in the negotiations to lower the final price. They also helped in the final inspections prior to final signatures and found a couple of items that needed repairs that the builders inspector missed.
