Dr Robinson explained the results of my MRI and discussed all options available to me. Also steered me in the right direction to get additional answers to some other issues that I have going on with my body. He took the time to listen & explained everything so that I understood! I am very impressed with him & I’m looking forward to having a Dr that I can trust to help me get my health back!

I was treated with dignity and grace from the time I walked into the clinic. From the nurses to x ray tech to the doctor I was treated respectfully. Dr Waddell was great and took the time to explain everything to me. He brought my x rays and explained what you was going on and my options to repair the problem.

This was my first visit to Carrell Clinic. I found all of my interactions with the personal to be quite professional and efficient. Dr. Robinson is extremely pleasant and communicates his knowledge quite effectively. One of the best outcomes is that my wife is quite impressed by his skill and competence!

I and my family have been patients at the Carrell Clinic for many years. Have never had less than a 5 star experience with everyone involved in patient care from the doctors all the way to the receptionist. This time it was Dr. Waddel and his staff that provided the exceptional care. Truly a Great organization.

I am so lucky to have found Dr Robinson at the Carrell Clinic. He was my 7th opinion and he literally saved my life.i fully expect to be on the bow of a sailboat and doing Orange Theory soon ish, as soon as Dr Robinson gives me the go ahead. Aaaaand i love his music!

Have used the Carrel Clinic and Dr Mark Muller for over six years. He replaced both knees over a two year period and they have performed wonderfully the last six years. He is an outstanding surgeon and doctor. I highly recommend his services and the Carrell Clinic for any orthopedic care.

Dr. William Robinson and the staff at Carrell Clinic Spine Center have been so helpful as I navigate my 4th cervical spine injury after being rear ended at a high rate of speed. He is attentive, compassionate, and so far has prescribed an ideal treatment plan that has (to date) prevented what would be my 4th c-spine surgery. I cannot recommend this practice and Dr. Robinson strongly enough.

I was referred here by my PCP, but I would never recommend anyone go here. The staff is rude and the office is terribly disorganized. They do not believe in calling you back and when I arrived the lady at the front acted like I was inconveniencing her. She never made eye contact. Immediately after asking for my ID and insurance she started talking to this guy that was sitting in the waiting room. I waited until she finished her conversation before handing my cards over, which annoyed her because she apparently wanted me to place them in her out-stretched hand as she was speaking to someone else and literally looking around me to talk to the guy that was behind me. Then suddenly no one knew where my records were and I was waiting around for about 30 minutes before leaving. I should not have gone there in the first place because the kind of "service" I received while making an appointment was a shadow of things to come. Maybe the doctors give good medicine, which is why it's so full in the waiting room. IDK and don't care to find out. However, there has to be something they're doing in the back that keeps people suffering with the front office.

Was running a bit late, team was friendly and kind. Did not have to wait long and personnel were very considerate and prompt. Best care that I have received in a very long time. Dr. Michael Khair was very professional and provided detailed information and explained things thoroughly. Thank you, Carroll Clinic.

The staff was very caring and respectful. The Dr and the PA’s were great! Aa this is my 5th surgery, I like how they were very precise about how they conduct business. Richard helped us a lot with his knowledge on proper knee bracing. Plus, they work with the Dallas Cowboys, they must be doing it right!

I had a few unsettling feelings regarding the post op pain I was experiencing.
Dr Waddell personally ordered X-rays & then showed me on film, that my issues were quite normal & not anything to be alarmed about.
His personal touch truly helped set me mind at ease.
He’s the absolute BEST surgeon I’ve ever had.

I had gone to a spine doctor in Allen. There is no comparison how good Dr. Robinson’s office staff and Dr. Robinson was wonderful I would not go anywhere else but to Carol clinic for any kind of orthopedic work. They were great.

This was my 2cd knee replacement with Dr. Waddell as my surgeon. He inspires such a sense of calmness, security and professionalism - he and his entire staff are always available to answer questions, offer encouragement and are 100% in it with you for the long haul. All of this along with a sincere smile. For yourself or anyone else you know, these are the folks you want who will ensure you'll have a strong, pain free walk (knee) for the rest of your days.

Dr Klein is thorough and an excellent surgeon. He rapaired a rotator cuff injury that was severe. Follow up visits for physical therapy were excellent. Carrell clinic is the best medical practice I have experienced

I have been a patient at The Carrell Clinic for over 10 years for knees (full replacement), shoulders, and back.
All doctors and staff have been excellent. I have recommended The Carrell Clinic to family and friends and they have all received excellent care as well.

Upon my arrival, the front office staff was so nice and welcoming. When I was called in, my wait was minimal and my doc was so down to earth and easy to speak with. His explanation on my treatment plan was excellent, he was thorough, and answered all of my questions. Amazing Team- Great Experience!

Dr. Khair treated my knee injured snow skiing well over 10 years ago. More recently, he performed a radical reconstruction of my shoulder destroyed in a bicycling accident. The latter procedure was so complicated it took nearly four hours in the OR. The transcribed surgery notes are 6 1/2 pages, single-spaced. My best friend is an MD. After reviewing Dr. Khair’s notes, my MD friend said I definitively got my money’s worth. I agree whole-heartedly. Next week I start my PT regimen. When done with that, I plan to have the injured knee replaced. Dr. Khair is the surgeon that will perform that procedure.
