Carriers reviews
16Only shop in DFW I could find that sells aggressive inclines. Drove in from Fort Worth today and got a pair of USD Aeon 60s. Received excellent customer service from Fritz and Danny. Great products and great customer service. Hard to find both of those things in the same place these days. If you’re new or experienced in rollerblading or quads, this is your spot. Check them out.
I have been to this store twice and both times were terrible. No one ever said hi to me and I felt unwelcome. I was new to Rollerblading at the time, and I decided to take my business elsewhere. Maybe I was a different race, I would have been treated better. Would never come back here again.
Went there the other day to get some work done on my skates. The younger guy who helped me was great, was super patient and really put some TLC into his work to get my skates up and running. Was a business that just genuinely cared.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m new to inline skating and from the moment I walked in I could feel the passion and positivity inside Carriers Skate Shop. I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles from both Jordan and Danny who helped me find the perfect skates to personally suit me and gave me tons of useful advice and information. Trust me folks you want to get your skates HERE!
Fritz is really great! He’s the owner and so knowledgeable and helpful! He and his staff are super friendly and I learned a little about the cool stuff they sale. Highly recommend his products and repair!
Absolutely love this shop! The staff is incredibly helpful and they’ll will make sure you find the perfect skates, no matter your goals.
Fritz (the owner) is one of the best teachers I’ve ever met, and goes above and beyond to help, encourage, and motivate you!
I called them no answer and they called back! What business does that! Totally awesome! Got 2 pairs from them and wheels best skate shop
About two weeks ago I visited this great store…
As a result of the purchase, I obtained a very good pair of skates, very good quality. I can also say that the customer service was magnificent and that in addition to being very attentive to my needs and preferences in terms of what I was looking for, it ended up being until the day Today, the best purchase I have made in the last 5 years of my life. I feel very satisfied and happy.
Thank you very much for everything Carriers, see you soon, I'm going to get those carbon fiber ones
Let's Roll!
Excellent customer service and super helpful! Returned my impala skates to Zumies after picking up some chaya skates from here. I love them so much!
AMAZING SHOP! We drove here from Springtown and couldn't be happier. We went to get new wheels and bearings for my husbands skates and ended up getting a new pair of skates and liners for my son! He even threw in a shirt for my younger son, so he didn't feel left out. I didn't catch anyones names, but both the owner and employee were amazing! So sad its far but well worth the drive. We will for sure be back!
I can't say enough about this diamond in a desert of inline skate shops! I walked in thinking I would ask a few questions, try on some skates, and maybe buy a new pair if they fit to my liking.
I was so wrong.
Fritz and Agustin took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for and tell me about the store, advancements in skating technology, and the inline skating community in the DFW area. Even better, they said they would match shells, frames, liners, wheels, and insoles to meet my needs. I have ankle and arch problems that have been causing me pain during my skate sessions lately, but they helped my find a skate configuration to address those problems and give my feet much better support than my prior skates. Best of all, I wasn't charged an extra fee for the changes they made to the skates I purchased. At Carriers, they really care about making your skate fit your needs.
This is one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. I will definitely return to this store, and I will recommend it to anyone I meet in the future who is interested in inline or quad skating.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I went into Carriers today, with absolutely ZERO knowledge on skates, how they worked, or how to skate. The only thing I did know, was I had skated a few times as a child. Not only did Fritz help me find a skate that I was comfortable in, he also educated me on each skate that fit my needs, and gave me a mini skate lesson in the store to truly make sure that I would be comfortable in my skates. He did not rush me or pressure me. He was super patient, kind, and beyond helpful during my experience. He definitely knows his stuff! There are not enough stars here to do justice for the excellent customer service and experience I received today.
Really nice and really chill. The shop is tiny so it only really fits 1 customer at a time, but the staff are nice and help you try on skates and help you find your size.
Could not be happier with the level of service we were provided. Went to just try on a set of Powerslide Next boots and left with a customized setup that fit my needs perfectly! Skates were set up super quickly, price was perfect, and service couldn't have been better, super helpful. Thank you so much!
Came all the way from Fort Worth! The guy who helped me was really polite and knowledgeable. Worth the long drive. Thanks!
A great shop! I needed a buckle replaced on my older skates and Augstin fixed it quickly and was super friendly. The owner was also cool and forgiving when I misread the open times online and showed up early. I definitely recommend them if you need skates, wheels, or maintenance done on your skates!
