Staying in shape is easy with the strength and cardio center. It’s a convenient spot to work on your fitness goals. And after a solid workout, the sundeck is a lovely place to relax and soak up some vitamin D!

I was in a jam with a work project and I stopped by the business center and was able to stay focused and completed my task.

Billiards fans will love the billiards room. It’s a fun place to play pool with neighbors.

The auto detailing bay is a neat feature that helps keep your car looking its best. It’s like having a mini car spa on-site.

The picnic areas with BBQ charcoal grills are perfect for outdoor gatherings. It’s a great way to enjoy some delicious food in the fresh air.

These apts are the worse to move in first off they break in cars all the time I moved in and had my truck stolen the same day the office don’t care once u sighn the lease they give u all these fees for stuff they don’t even supply they also have a maintenance who is a convicted felon working inside of apartments this place is awful and I don’t advise no one to move there all they want is your money so if you plan on moving here I advice you to get two or three alarms cameras and be ready for your vehicle to come up stolen and the office is goijg to do anything about it terrible place …….

Like, how they respond to any situation that I may have. The office has been most kind. It's a nice community to live in, everyone is living their own lives freely and peacefully.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is a scam! You think you’re living somewhere nice but there’s constant breaks in, cars being stolen, the front gate always stays open so anyone can just come right in. They don’t care about their residents, my upstairs neighbors are constantly loud and late into the night as well we’ve called and made the office aware of our situation they did nothing about. We got trash, clothes, dog poop and pee in our patio area all from our upstairs neighbor and still nothing done. We pay too much money to be living in such a a disgusting and unsafe place. Absolutely horrible, the people in the office are so rude and unprofessional. If i could give negative stars i would, screw this place don’t rent here it’s hell on earth.

Terrible times Terrible. Don’t deal with them. The worst apartments in the city of Houston. Heavily crime infested and filthy. I’ve seen brand new cars left on bricks. So many cars have been vandalized it’s a shame. It’s not enough light in the parking lots. When you turn into the property you will see mountains of trash in the front. It looks like a land field. These people are scammers and roaches. Just don’t deal with them. The rates are ridiculous for 1 and 2 bedrooms. Who wants to pay those excessive rates to come home and see filth in the driveway? DO NOT MOVE THERE The ladies in the office are nice, but that’s it. Don’t fool around with these clowns.

The peak of "Luxury Apartments", Carrington Park at Gulf Pointe provided me with a year I can't forget. My apartment came pre-installed with the aromatics of a designated smoking area and matching charred carpet patterns. The construction team was also so kind as to leave portions of walls without drywall to provide me with additional storage and airflow. These were also great for allowing small friends to come in through the walls.

On the topic of friends, the piles of trash that occur at least every couple weeks were amazing at providing food and resources for friends of all sizes. Some were even so emboldened by the quality of trash available to seek out and take other items left outside (including vehicles, decorations, and mail inside the mailboxes to name a few). No need to worry though, the privacy of all is protected by the lack of security guard or functioning camera system. Management assured me they take all security matters seriously while the office is open. You can easily speak with police as they're on property at least once a week for domestic troubles and thefts.

Despite an infrequent emerald pool and majestic mounds of trash, the requested increase in rent was a bit too much for me and many of my previous neighbors. However, monthly prices for new tenants was made significantly less, so come enjoy a new management team with new tenants that expect more work to be done for less money.

We came across this hidden gem while searching for a short term home. We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are kept trimmed and free of debris, the pool area with music is a whole vibe and the moment an issue arise with trash overflow maintenance is there early in the morning making sure it all gets compacted and not sitting out all day.

I can’t speak for everyone, but some of the resident problems “leasing and maintenance issues” may have been due to tempt staffing at that time.

They now have 3 beautiful professionals working in the office, including a well seasoned manager that handles anything and all in a timely manner.

AVOID! Do not live here! You’re paying luxury price to live in the ghetto! This apartment and the staff is extremely horrible. Go look at the other reviews! All reviews with 5 stars are 100% fake! The apartments are always filthy and never safe. Your car is gonna get broken into. And the staff is extremely unprofessional and petty. Don’t waste your time and money
