My mom has been living at this place for the last 13 years and they are so unprofessional no one ever answer the phone, no one ever has an answer, they increase her rent without any notices her car got broken into and they didn't do anything about.

These apartments used to be nice. Now your cars get broken into multiple times. You gotta pay 30 dollars a month for a trash service you may or may not use or trash that may or may not be picked up. Gates broken often. Upstairs neighbors throwing trash into your apartment patio and leasing office doesn’t do anything. Worthless apartments. Can’t wait to move out

PROS: the price of rent and the amount of space you get compared to other apartment complexes.
CONS: ROACHES.this apartment complex clearly has a roach infestation. I’ve been to the office multiple times to get pest control to spray our apartment. That doesn’t work. I’ve also asked the apartment complex if they ever do maintenance on their trees. Lady in the leasing office stated that they only do it twice a year. Ridiculous. It’s literally roaches everywhere especially at night. It hasn’t even been a full month of me being here and I moved in a year ago where we haven’t had a roach in our apartment. Do the math. I’ve had to use my own money to buy things to keep them out and it barley works.
Now back to the tree issue. I asked them about cutting down the trees because the roaches in our house are HUGE which is obviously tree roaches. I shouldn’t have to fight trees just to walk in my apartment. Unfortunately, this issue is so bad I don’t think there’s anything that can be done without professional help. These apartments honestly would’ve gotten a better rating but I just can’t do BUGS especially when my house is always CLEAN. I can not wait until my lease is up, I honestly have PTSD from going places at night in fear of big a** roaches waiting for you on the stairwell. Also valet trash is honestly worthless we stopped using it due to the bug problem. Don’t nobody have time to attract more bugs. My lease is up in a couple of months but if this keeps up before it’s time to move I will get legal action involved because this can NOT be safe.

Lived here when it first opened back in 2005.left in 06. Started out very nice.but see it has gone downhill since. I had to move because my wife was pregnant and couldn't walk up to the 3rd floor anymore. They were not willing to work with us to move to the 1st floor. So we had to break the lease. Best decision ever

Gates never work properly, management constantly getting "refreshed", we spent a whole summer with a broken ac and their excuse was it wasn't broken until they ran out of fixes and decided to replace the whole thing.basically after summer was done with. Only positive thing here is rent.compared to other places and benefits available, i had no choice than to resign my lease rather moving somewhere else and paying more for even lesser than what I got here. I can go all day about what i would change about this community but at the end of the it's beyond my control and this won't change how they run their property, so if this is worth anything to you.hope it helped make a decision.

Have been here for 6 months and i can say these apartments are over priced. 1BR will cost more than $1100. Lets start with all the construction going on literally next to the building. There is no sleeping after 7AM. And the sad part is they have only started construction, this will be going on for a year or so! All the dust being picked up by the wind end up in your balcony and cars.
The ice maker in our apartment has broken down 3x already and they just refuse to replace it.
Handle on the microwave broke completely off, they just glued it on.and now its broken again.our AC was not working for about 4 months and they refused to change it until it completely broke down and wouldnt turn on.our ac would freeze over and it would over work itself, our Light bill would be over $150 for a 1 bedroom apartment! After the ac unit was changed our bill came down to $75! Ridiculous.

The gates never work. Remotes never work. Gate number never works. My husband has gone to the front office multiple times already.

People always walking their dogs without leash and never picking up after them! Front office doesn't do anything about it.
Broken down cars taking up parking spaces.
*i want to note that front office manager responds to reviews but when we actually call them and let them know they do nothing!
Husband has called multiple times about dogs being with out their leash, and the front office has done absolutely nothing in their power to fix it.they had the audacity to tell my husband to take a video and picture of other people with their dogs and to follow them to see where they live? Ummm no thats the front office job. Under the leasing contract it states all dogs must be on a leash, FRONT OFFICE PLEASE DO YALLS JOB.

So they decided it wad cool to toss all my things out days before i was told to leave which is the 15th im told that my things were tossed in the 14th.a whole Room Set! With no where about on my belongings i was forced to take a unfortunate loss and will now have to find a way to make up for all my lost goods.do not deal with these pathetic imbeciles

I was here visiting a friend July 4th, 2020 who lived in These apartment someone stole our car from here even while parked in the very front behind office and these apartments couldn’t offer camera surveillance to be able to assist because they didn’t have any in front or back gate and I believe the 4 young kids who stole my car live here and hide my car and take it out at night! Was seen on 45 and south bond cross timbers On top of it they had “security patrolling the area” all night clearly wasn’t doing his job if he couldn’t see that they where stealing my car! Don’t move in here! Take your business else where! I don’t live here and wouldn’t ever want to live somewhere that couldn’t help!

I don’t live here but I was seeking information about the property. The person that helped me was new, but she made my experience wonderful. Answered the phone when I FIRST called. She was empathetic to the situation I told her about. She was also honest about the apartment complex prices. Also when I questioned them about the break ins she told me that she couldn’t guarantee anything but told me the improvements that had been made to remedy the issue.

The management at this property was so rude when I called. One of the property managers had her infant on the phone screaming and at the top of her lungs and hollering while I was trying to inquire about a two bedroom two bath for myself and my son. They are very unprofessional. I am not even a tenant yet, and I already see how I would be treated as one. I strongly recommend not to move to this property.

7 car were broken into this morning. This has been the fourth break in. Police were called and also advise the apartment complex does more. To add insult to injury I spoke with the manager adrianna regarding the new rule of no longer accepting packages at the leasing office due to the “volume it takes away from the staff. ” Packages are now required to be left at your front door. With management knowing the previous break ins this contradicts the safety of their residents and property. We will not be renewing our lease. Also I spoke with manager Adrianna yesterday 02/18 regarding the issue of packages and break ins. She advise that a patrol car was hired. I’m uncertain how true that is due to the break in this morning 02/19 of 7 vehicles.

Don’t move in unless you want your car broken into. No 24 hr security or cameras. Gates never work. More than 20 cars broken into this morning. Can’t wait to move out.
