Carroll's Wrecker Service, Palestine TX

Maybe I got a bad dispatcher; this place appears to be good overall. But, the dispatcher did not keep his promise to send a tow truck. When I called, no apology, an attitude and then they cancelled the tow. There are other companies, Mr. Carroll.

Called to have my truck towed and they were very professional and arrived fairly quickly considering it’s Sunday. Driver was quick at securing my truck. Just an overall good experience. Will be using them again if I have anymore issues with my truck breaking down

This lying company towed my Dodge Journey from the front damaging my rear differential causing $2000 in damaged and flat out lied. I called for battery service on June 30,2022 between 9am-10: 100am and a regular tow truck came to my home and I rode in the tow truck with the driver to J&R automotive. The driver lied and said he towed my truck on a flatbed … this company is a crook and AAA believed the lie as well … Do Not Use This Lying company! Why would a long flatbed come for battery service? I guess AAA is in Cahoots with Carroll’s Wrecker Service! Close your business if you cannot afford to pay for damages you cause! Lying Crooks!

Joe was courteous professional and the right man in at the right time.couldn't ask for better more competent friendlier service.

Twice in 1 week for 2 seperate vehicles I've had Carrolls come out once for a flat tire, and today 4-30-22 for a tow and it has been the same man. He looks miserable, very rude, does not greet you, and hung up on me without even saying good bye after calling to let me know he was on his way. His name is David. I use road side service on my insurance and I will make sure to let my insurance company know DO NOT send Carrolls to me again. Customer service is NOT his strong suite. It's stressful enough when you come off an all nighter at work, and have to deal with 2 shredded tires, and then run into someone who just appears to hate his job.

I have used Carroll’s Wrecker Service several times and have never been disappointed. They are always polite, professional, and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for your excellent service!

Locked my keys in my car, Joe E came fast and in a hurry and helped me out in a jam. Definitely 10/10 recommend them.

Devin was at my vehicle in just about 30 minutes.took him maybe a minute to use my card, and leave. Couldn't believe how quick it was. Thank you, and thank you God.

Devon and Justin are amazing at their jobs! Always on time if not early! They take pride in the work they do and try to do extra to take the best care of their customers! Joe was amazing. He was on time, secured our Ambulance and got us and our ambulance home safe from many hours away.

I can't say enough about Carroll's, but especially driver Devon Anderson. I was literally stranded in Palestine, needing to get me and my Jeep to Whitehouse (50 mi). I called two places before Carroll's and one said the wait was going to be 5 hrs and the other one, 3 hrs. I called Carroll's and they said they'd be right there; not because they weren't busy but because they have plenty of trucks and know how to use them efficiently. The customer service by Devon was outstanding! They have a great employee in that young man. Thanks Carroll's Wrecker and good luck moving up the ladder Devon.
