Last year our primary care physician referred my wife and I to Carson Hearing Care. Setting up our first appointment was an absolute delight. Dana was so accommodating, warm and friendly.

When we arrived for our first appointment, we were amazed that Dana and Melinda knew everyone walking through the door by their first name. It reminded us of the “Cheers” bar on TV, everyone knew everyone. We were assigned to Lydia, one of the audiologists. She is a delight and it was the perfect pairing.

My wife and I went through the testing and Lydia took the time to explain all the results and made recommendations concerning the devices she felt we needed. She also showed us all the different options and devices that we could consider.

Yes we both purchased devices and are so happy with them. Dana and Melinda, the incredible duo that mans the front reception area are amazing. I’ve been going through some medical challenges. They make note about my other upcoming appointments and reach out to see how everything went. The staff truly LOVES their customers. Robin Carson has put together the ultimate staff to ensure their customers are taken care of and “adopted” into the Carson Hearing Care family. We are customers for LIFE!

BEST in so many ways. I felt so comfortable going through the process. Felt like i was with family. Almost no wait time. Cant wait to put my hearing aids in my ears each morning.almost completely eliminated my tinnitus when i where them! Then there are the personal follow ups.again so comfortable and easy. I was very impressed with the initial appointment that I had with your Audiologist and the follow up appointment that I had with her a short time later when I picked up my hearing aids. In addition, your employees’ expertise, your state-of-the-art hearing aid products, and the various professional services that you provide are excellent. I recently went to Carson Hearing Care for a hearing evaluation and to get fitted for hearing aids. I was very nervous about the appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable and patient the staff was. Lydia S.was my audiologist, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that both me and my wife could understand. She even shared how I hear things with my wife, which was hard for me to explain myself.

I was very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that I received at Carson Hearing Care. I feel like I made the right decision to go there, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for hearing care.

- Lydia was very knowledgeable about hearing loss and hearing aids. She was able to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

- Lydia was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. She even made a point of sharing how I hear things with my wife, which was helpful for her to understand.
- The staff at Carson Hearing Care was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointment. They celebrate fun events and make the whole experience relaxing and entertaining.
- I was very happy with the hearing aids that I was fitted with. They are comfortable to wear and they have made a big difference in my hearing.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Carson Hearing Care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for hearing care.

A great and caring staff, my audiologist was super knowledgeable and already made a huge difference in my ability to hear.

Dr. Carson runs an excellent hearing center. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and provides superb diagnostic workups that assures you are prescribed the best hearing aids to address your specific needs. State of the art technology is used, and she closely follows you until you are both certain that everything is working well. She also teaches you how to maintain the devices and provides ongoing monitoring of your hearing. She is everything I could have hoped for and I'm now leading a much more quality of life with her hearing help. AND, she and her staff are very friendly and want to provide you with the very best of service. Don't be fooled or settle for a quick fix, when you can get the best. I highly recommend her and her staff. She was highly recommended to me (they were right).

The staff is most courteous, prompt and professional. Dr. Gessling, my 90-year old mom’s audiologist, is extremely patient with her and speaks up so that she can hear him when her hearing aids are out for various parts of the exams. I highly recommend Carson Hearing Care.

Dr Erich and the staff are all friendly and welcoming! 90% of marriage is shouting "what" from the other room. They fixed that!

Everyone at Carson Hearing Care, from the front desk staff to all the other employees, are very nice. They always have a smile and acknowledge you when they see you. What a nice feeling to have such friendly staff taking care of your medical needs.

The modern contemporary decor is just so warm and relaxing. When I entered her I was very nervous but when talking to the Audiologist Lydia she had the empathy of what I was and am going through. Even though there was so much information I was trying to take in she was and still willingly to help give me information.
I know and will return here again and give recommendations to this location.

I came here for an earwax cleaning! I had really bad impacted earwax and couldn't get it out on my own. It was like I had constant earplugs on all the time.

When I arrived they were super friendly and professional! The best part is that I can hear perfectly clear out of both ears again! 5/5 would definitely reccomend.
