2This is more for the carters business in general… and the comenity bank or community bank, they go by both for their carters credit card…. DO NOT GET THE CARD! It is the worst financial decision I ever made… the whole ordeal has been terrible since the DAY I GOT IT… problems left and right… not to mention carters clothes are already OVERPRICED and terrible quality… my childrens clothes they get always rip, fall apart in the washer, before their even 3 months old. I’ve decided it’s my last year to have anything to do with this company after all the drama, and scams… just do your mental health a favor and just don’t.
Customer service is horrible. Unless you are an african american person like them, they won’t acknowledge you. Literally never greet me or offer to help. But when an african american person walk in, they were help immediately. Racist workers (and I wasn't the only person who wasn't african american that was treated poorly)
