Lack costomer service.
I went yesterday for exchange my babygirl cloths so they took it refund me $2.99 for each one.i bought it for $16 each. Today i decide to go get them bc its not worth it the refund but the manger step up to tell me that will be sold to me as $16 for each.what.she kepts saying. Excuse me.with attitude tone.then i had to yield at her.she won't listen to me.she may be made bc wanted for her self that why was upset.i will connect Carter's to report her hopeful to hiring a fitting manager rather then a skip highschool kiddo.not willing any time soon to visit this location.trash.for the black young lady there you are rock.

The carter's in the Grand Prairie outlets, needs to hire better staff. One employee, her name is Elena, has the most horrible attitude. Holiday retail pressure, not sure! This store seems to get worst.my experience is just very negative for some time now! Very unpleasant. The fake smiles, the tension, you can tell they don't want to be there. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even end up buying anything, just left.

Organized store, good prices and options. Only thing is it's jam packed with products and placememt and I have a hard time finding a path for the stroller! There's like. No room. And my stroller isn't wide at all, in fact, it's compact. The girl that helped me was pretty sweet. I had a lot of help too duringy shop. It was semi busy too.

Always have great sales and I got my daughter 4 shirt and shorts for $3.19 each! Such a steal! Sad they don't have military discount though.

On the web site time to close 7: 00 pm and we when there at 6: 00 pm they say where closed bad customers services at all am Sorry to lost my time to go there.

I get all my son's clothes here, there's always a sake going on and the clothes are of good quality.
