Dr. Haria and staff are very caring and exceptional! I've gone to Carus Dental for years, and have referred many others to their practice.

Wonderful staff! I can’t thank Dr. O and his team enough for making my wisdom teeth removal as comfortable as possible. I have crippling dentist anxiety; I have to get mild sedatives to even get my teeth cleaned so I was not handling the thought of having my teeth removed very well. I had a bit of freak out while filling out paperwork in the lobby at Carus Surgical Center, but the staff were completely warm, friendly, and understanding. They even gave me a blanket when I got into the surgical room and did a great job of distracting me and keeping my mind off of the surgery. They were so sweet and caring. I’ve healed up wonderfully and had no complications following the surgery. Thank you Carus Surgical Team for being absolutely amazing!

This was my 4th periodontist to see in one years time. Despite this, they had to do their own evaluation with cost 120.00. I show up with my daughter on surgery day and the doctor refuses to perform the surgery saying my daughter was too anxious. She literally only said wait, let me take a deep breath when she saw the needle. That's all. Now, this is after being sat down, hearing another person screaming in the room next to her. This means, we wasted approximately 2.5 hours of our time for appointments, and 120.00 for yet another evaluation, that leads to a dead end. Not to mention I cancelled an appointment with a competent doctor (Round Rock Periodontics) in order to go here and have her say, I changed my mind, I can't do this. Great to change your mind after collecting money from me.

We had been going here for years with good success. However all the hygienists and dentists seem to have changed in the past few months. The front desk is completely unorganized. The person at the front desk had to ask us about our temperature three times. So unorganized. I got a text as usual for getting my children's teeth done. Nothing was said about insurance or anything else. When I get there I wait 45 minutes for them to verify and check on insurance and it was completely unorganized. I wound up leaving and I'm going to find a different dentist. So disappointed with their disorganization.

Once I paid them I could get no help. I called and left messages that went unanswered. In the end I went to a different dentist and got help. They were very nice, until after surgery. Then they were no where to be found.

Excellent experience, great staff, Dr Juan Ramirez is an amazing Doctor, did my Root Canal that needed to be redone after 5 yrs from another Dr. His assistant Leticha is wonderful & very professional as well! I am so pleased & happy with their service! I highly recommend Dr Ramirez to anyone looking for an Endo Doc, he is the BEST! I JIST LOVE HIM AS A DOC! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH OF HIM!

Visited Carus, round Rock location for dental procedure. Dr. Ramirez did excellent job with it. All staff is very efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Ramirez

I have been a patient of DrRyu for several years, and have trusted her advise, recommendations, and plans of treatment. The best part, I have found them to be very reasonable in their pricing. I will always continue to use them for all of dental care.

5 stars, all earned. I had an extraction done in preparation for an implant, and it was all handled with care and professionalism. Top notch.

I'm only writing this because I didn't feel the current reviews reflected my experience accurately. I read them shortly before going in to have a tooth pulled and was pretty nervous about what I had signed up for, but the staff was extremely generous with their hospitality, at least as far as the nurse and dentist are concerned. The dentist actually went out of his way to get me a stress ball to help calm my nerves before the shots (i have a phobia of shots), and I thought that was pretty cool. The nurse was attentive and seemed genuinely concerned for my comfort. The actual experience of having a tooth pulled is not pleasant, but those two went above and beyond to put me at ease and I greatly appreciated it.

I had 3 teeth pulled today, and felt no pain! Thanks Doc! Everyone in the office is wonderful, from the front all the way in back.

Had a free consultation with Dr. Howell, appointment was abnormally quick. Received my absurd estimate for removing 4 impacted wisdom teeth.over $4,000 before insurance! Needless to say I went to another surgeon and he was way more detailed and personable. Received their quote and of course it was half of what Carus was trying to charge.this place is a rip off. Don't go here, there are far more better options for reasonable prices.

Worst place in the world! Before you even see the dr. I Believe his name was Dr. Juan. Not only do they forget to MENTION to you, they will automatically charge you 150 dollars just to be looked at even if you received referral from across the hall at Carus dental. Very Rude. Not even anything in writing saying you will be charged! Just tack it on to your dental bill when you go back in for you routine cleaning. What a horrible and unprofessional place to handle business.

I had a great experience! The front staff was courteous and friendly. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Olabode. He and his staff took time to answer my questions. I didn’t expect to feel so calm before the surgery but they made it so easy. I’ve been healing nicely and trust he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend! Carus rocks!

Mary Dudar was amazing. Since I have neglected going to the dentist for such an extended period of time, my mouth needs a lot of extra care. Mary made me feel comfortable, and made the process of root scaling and planing so much nicer than what I was expecting. There is a huge difference in the half of my mouth that she did, and after that visit, my fear of dentists has definitely gone away, and I certainly won't be missing another dental appointment ever again.
