I called CAS because I was having some issues with my refrigerator and I was in need of a diagnosis. They had a technician at my house within about 30 minutes after the call. He accurately diagnosed the problem and tremendously helped me to get things fixed at a fraction of the cost of some of the other less qualified companies I came across. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure things got handled accordingly, which I highly appreciate! I would DEFINITELY recommend CAS Appliance Repair for all of your repairs and appliance purchasing needs!
I called at 11: 00 am in the morning asking to replace an LG refrigerator condenser. They had the part and by 1: 30 pm that same day the repair was done. This saved the day; we were having a major family event.
Charged full price for a ten minute house call. The technician told me he was unable to repair but his supervisor would email an estimate. Been five days. No contact. I do not recommend this business.
I really hate to write this review. Honestly the guys were very nice and I think they really tried to fix my refrigerator. Until they reached out and asked for a review I was just going to let it go.
I spent over $700 to fix an ice maker. I can’t tell you exactly how many times they came out. I will tell you I bought parts on multiple occasions, paid for labor and had them over to fix my refrigerator 4 or 5 times.
It never got fixed. As a matter of fact not only did the ice maker never get fixed, I bought some part that they replaced and then the refrigerator stopped cooling.
Finally I gave up and just bought a brand new refrigerator. Of course with supply chain issues the refrigerator took 3 weeks to get in so my food and milk kept spoiling.
Again super nice guys but it was a nightmare.
Chris gave excellent customer service and arrived ready to get to the job done. He shared helpful tips on appliance diagnosis in case of future issues. CAS Appliance Repair is a great company for emergency response, and I am so grateful they were able to get my fridge back up after experiencing a power surge.
CAS Appliance Repair arrived at the scheduled time. They performed the repair on the washing machine fine. The repairman was courteous & helpful. Recommended.
We were very impressed with all aspects of our repair. Communication, timely appointment, on time service, price, & speed of repair. Chris was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and brought the part’s needed to do the job in one stop. We will not hesitate to us CAS again
Telephone response was professional and a real person. Repairman was on time and the repair was completed in a timely manner. It's still working correctly so all good.
Talk about great service. I didn’t even make it to the door and they had men ready to take my appliances off my truck. Quick to the point and didn’t try to update me. Store manager there has great customer service and made the whole situation less stressful.
CAS was quick and professional. The repaired ended up being covered by LG after I called to talk to their warrant department. Once I received the LG claim number the repair was completed in a couple hours. I just had to pay for the house call fee.
Do not recommend. Called for a service request & they scheduled the diagnostic the next business day, 11am - 1pm. I even got a text confirmation. After they did not show up by 1pm, I called and they made it seem as if I had the wrong info and said their appt.system says 1pm - 3pm. When the tech (Xavier) arrived, he checked the appliance, charge for the diagnostic, and stated we would receive an email estimate for the repair soon after. I did not receive anything that day. I called the next day and the call center is useless. They can only relay the message to the tech and was told to expect a call back. Another day passed and have not received any follow-up. A second call to their call center and another "sorry, well have someone call you back".
Had issues with my water heater. Technician arrived early amd quickly resolved my issue a also explained measures to take to make the tank last longer. Very professional.
I would like to share my experience, tend do not to post reviews online. On July 2022 I called CAS to have my LG front load washer serviced due to a drain issue. It was determined that the drain pump stopped working and needed replacement. I purchased this washer new about 4 years ago. Within a day they replaced the pump for around $350, that is around 50% of the cost of a new washer, but I understand parts fail. Everything went very well and was happy with their response and professionalism.
Until today. My washer is experiencing the same error and behavior, the drain pump is not functioning. I called CAS to understand if there is a warranty on either parts or labor, or at least a discount due to the premature failure of the pump they installed. They told me no, their warranty is only 90 days on all services. This is not right. Now I have to pay full price for the same repair performed 6 months ago with no guarantee that the pump will not fail in 6 months. Such a premature failure could be an indication of using cheap after market parts. I checked full price of an OEM LG pump online and it is around $40, significantly lower that the labor.
Fortunately, I have the choice to go somewhere else and perform the repair.
