Angelina Lawyler and Alicia Fuentes was going to move here but they wouldn't get back with my caseworker so I had lost my voucher. And still haven't received my deposit yet deposit yet

As I walked in, I was welcome to with a warm welcome in smile by Alicia she was very helpful and if y’all don’t give her a raise, I will be very upset

Definitely do not recommend, I moved in since February and told them about a door that is missing in the hallway closet and since then they have not come to install one. They over charge you with the water bill, you don't ever pay what they tell you when you first come to apply for an apartment, I have a one bedroom apartment and I pay over $1,300 a month plus the light bill. There's always trash around the dumpsters, I never see the security they said we have around, people don't respect the speed in the parking lot, anybody can come inside the apartments because the gate doors never work. They always shut the water off because there's always licks happening.

These apartments are terrible. Full of lies.and all they care about is how they can make more money off the tenants. They already rob the residents with that high rent they pay these apartments should be all bills paid. Then they double charge for a water bill. Then charge pest control fee and Ain't came and sprayed sense I was there. And on top of all that they break in apartments and they break in cars. And the property don't notify there residents about nothing. They sweep everything under the rug.then they have walk up gates that lock and nobody has the codes to get in the gates.just a mess

Took a tour here and the apartment was extremely outdated. There was a huge industrial sized roach on the wall and the appliances were very obviously painted black. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

After eight years of living here seems that the management team and maintenance team are all on one page and the property is become a fantastic place to be. Shout to Larry new stove installation and electrical work was very proficient. Thank You to every Adira team Employee 2023!

Been here a few times to visit a friend. Outside always has trash everywhere and dumpsters are always overflowing

They change personnel every two or three months.whenever a work order is issued they never finish it since there is always a new manager and assistant.they ignore the garbage, the property has many details, rodents, cockroaches and even worse now they issue everything by email since they never answer their phone.the parking lots require visitors to register online.they should know that not all people know how to use these means to register.it limits 3 passes in 7 days

Was there visiting and notice lots of trash thru the complex. It was Sunday so hopefully it's nothing like that all the time

I moved in 10/22 the property has done a 360. The women in there are friendly and real af but honest.

Let me tell you I was scared of the neighborhood but baby Ms. Eve and Gloria ain’t playing with the new Adira! We got security guards, and the maintenance man Larry is quick to fix anything broken

They are really improving the appearance of them, It show that they care, just need to update the appliances and bathroom looks very old and outdated the price went up but not the look.
