Had a fantastic meal at this family owned restaurant. Menu is an interesting mix of Tex Mex and Salvadoran and everything was fresh and delicious! We especially liked the margarita flight (small servings of 4 flavors) and the pupusas. Service was very good and we had a nice chat with the owner. Will definitely be back.

Great place to eat! Why did we not come sooner! Family owned and great service. You will not regret it! The Pupusas were amazing. Can’t wait to try all the dishes!

Today my family had lunch at Casa Mia.
Our server John introduced to his family owned and operated business. We met John's uncle and even his grandpa. We learned that all the recipes are home made recipes. No wonder he was so proud tell us about the wonderful dishes that they have. This is hand down the best Latin restaurant that we have ever been to.
We started with the fresh guacamole ***** that was so fresh and so good.
I had the Beff chili rellano that melted in my mouth. My fiance Kitty had the ribeye steak that was perfectly cooked and everyone else at the table raved about their wonderful dishes. So the food was 5 stars and the service was over the top. John thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Loved the place but it’s not for dinner with Ambiance- it’s good for fast lunch and fast dinner.

Had dinner here with work colleagues.
-We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in.
-Our waiter was friendly and helpful with picking food options.
-The food came out quick and it was delicious

Exceeded my expectations. Fresh food, fun atmosphere and amazing service. You can easily eat healthy here, if you want. Chips and salsa (and beans) are included with the meal, but the SHRIMP and STEAK were memorable on this visit.

The workout gym next door was pounding music through the walls but it didn’t take away from the experience of the dinner.

Second visit! Had the pollo y camarones! Delicious food, super friendly waiter. Love this place!

This place was phenomenal! First, the staff was all incredibly friendly and attentive. The owner came out and greeted us personally. He checked in with us at the end of our meal to ensure we enjoyed every bite. We ordered their signature pupusas, the ceviche, tacos and the chocolate tres leches. Everything was delicious! We felt so pampered, we are definitely going to become regulars!

A nice small restaurant, we were a party of 6 and had good food were able to have a conversation and hear each other!

Staff was super friendly and the pupusas were delicious! The margarita flight was the highlight for me. My top pick in Lewisville without a doubt.
