15Well, in my opinion, these apartments offer a lot of lies for when you rent it to someone, for example, I have been asking for weeks to fix the air in my apartment and they never fix it, but to charge if they are good, I don't recommend them to anyone, and the service is terrible. When you call to make complaints about the apartment they cut off your call and it's just lies and above all that they are full of cockroaches and mice, don't fall for their lies when they want to rent they offer you heaven and earth and when you ask to talk with the manager they tell him that he only speaks English, thank you
Don't rent here, these apartments are the worst, starting with the infestations of rats and spoons, then with the leaks in your bathroom that are always every two months and it takes DAYS to come fix it, as well as the water leaks in the sinks, Likewise, if you request your email key (why don't they give it to you when you start the contract) it takes years to give them to you, it took 1 month and a little more for them to give them to me and still going to ask almost daily, oh of course without forgetting One day in which I did not receive a payment order as it usually arrives at the door, I went to ask the girl in the offices if she could give me the amount it was and she began to argue with me that IF OR IF IT SHOULD ARRIVE, wait the next day in case it arrived (which didn't happen) so in order not to go and "bother" her again I assumed it was the same amount as the previous month and I deposited that, 5 days later at the latest after making the payment I received a note from the offices to paste the 10 dollars that were needed otherwise they would have to Evict me and change the lock on my door

The air has been bad for about 11 months and my car has been stolen twice and then $340 was stolen from my brother
I don't recommend it, it's a bad place. The truth is, I came to live here and they don't have security control. I received a SHEIN product for approximately 300 dollars and it was stolen at the door of my apartment. I went to ask the offices so they could They will show me the videos from the camera and it says that the cameras do not reach the doors of the apartments and about that they say that they do not refund the money and they do not charge thefts. Over all the place is very dirty and they keep it neglected NOT RECOMMENDED. I want to say that if someone is killed at the entrance to the door, you can't see why the cameras don't arrive

Last night at around 12.30am I had parked my car in the visitors parking and in the morning when I came to see my car was damaged and the car window glasses was broken into pieces. And when I went to the apartment office to inform them about it they were least bothered and didn't take any action. They just talk all fascinating things about the apartment but they give all fake promises. They have kept the security but its of no use. My family is not happy to stay in this apartment because there are so many rats in the house when we went to complain in the apartment they are asking 300$ extra charges for the pest control. Paying high amount of rent, now they have even increased the rent charges no proper water supply everytime we get cold water to have bath I informed them about it we have kids at home they are falling sick, they only give an excuse.
Had an amazing experience, Diana was very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend stopping by staff makes you feel welcomed. Lovely complex
