Excellent service. Excellent crew. Gustavo, the crew supervisor is knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time we used Casa Irrigation. We are happy we did.

Carlos helped fix a valve that went bad and clogged up my irrigation system. I think it took him a total of 15 minutes to find the exact problem. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated the problem and fixed it without issue. Very pleased with the service overall.

As a bonus Carlos also pointed out that I have tomatillos growing in my back yard! I just thought they were weeds but now I know!

The communication was great leading up to the appt. Carlos was friendly and efficient. He was precisely on time which I feel like is rare these days and he was able to get us squared away. No complaints, solid service!

I had a complicated irrigation issue, which required removing ground water from my propane tanks. Casas irrigation was the only company that came up with a logical solution to my problem.

We used Casas Irrigation to help us resolve long-standing drainage issues. We have had another drainage company do some significant work in the past. We have had the city at our property twice. Over the past five years, no professional diagnosed the real problem. Luis was at our house and he is the only one who suggested it was a sewage problem (all the others told us we had a natural spring or run-off from our neighbors’ irrigation). We have tried to figure this out for 5 years. Within the week we found out we have several sewer leaks. We only found this out because Luis told us what to look for. To me this means that Luis has real experience. We had him repair some irrigation breaks, too, which were very difficult to get to. He is not the cheapest out there but they did a great job digging under our cement driveway and walkway and fixing our broken pipes.

Luis was very responsive and communicated with me regularly. His team was respectful of my property and went above and beyond to make sure my lawn was restored after installation. I highly recommend Casas Irrigation.

He walked me around showing me the sprinkler heads that needed repair as well as the control panel that no longer worked properly.
