Cascade at Fountain Lake, Stafford TX

Visited this property last week, inquiring about a new home for my dogs and I. Kilah was very helpful and informative. This seems to be a great option for me. Thanks Kilah!

Great staff in the office and always willing to help. Property is clean and well maintained. Great floor layouts in the homes. Trash valet and pet friendly!

Downside.parking is horrible and tight.

The maintenance team is very sweet and fast paced Mr. Miguel is super nice and his staff has always been so fast. Still need some things done in my apartment but Miguel personally keeps me updated the office staff has been helpful also!

It’s our 4th year and second unit here. Great location. Maintenance service is prompt and satisfactory. Shout out to Mayra at the office. She’s very professional and effective. She sincerely listens and tries to get things done the right way that is favorable both to the resident and the management.

My family and I have been in this community since January & it has felt like HOME since the very first tour! We've felt welcomed and genuinely happy here! Its been so refreshing to have staff in your home community that CARES about hospitality still. Kilah was our leasing agent and SHE IS AMAZING! Always so quick and efficient with ANY request! If you're looking for a nice place to live this is the one. Did I mention we have a coffee/cappuccino machine in the office? 10/10 recommend! Everyone is so helpful, Haven't encountered staff that hasn't been pleasant at all. Thanks for being a safe space for my family and I in this Post Covid world.

All Staff -Our family made a huge move from South Africa and This was the second Apartment we Saw and absolutely loved it. They have made everything super easy for us, our kids love them.

If you are looking for a place in the Stafford/ Sugarland area this is the one now i would not have seen myself recommending this apartments a few years back as i myself was waiting to leave ive seen 3 now 4 property managers and different staff and the ones before i have nothing good to say the new staff and property manager have came in and picked up the slack ive been able to speak with Mayra most of the time and she is so sweet and extremely helpful the rest of the staff have also been great service nothing compared to before since i moved it was nothing but bad experiences and it was just timing why we kept renewing again waiting for our recent renewal to leave but they definitely make you change your mind here one main thing i remember interested me when i first looked at these apartments was when they mentioned on small events they do to give to the community little things like popsicles or donuts but no event was ever done then the pandemic did hit after so we never saw anything like it but this past week was the first time that the office staff along with the property manager stood outside in the cold to hand out kolaches and little breakfast goodies my kids where head over heels on that small gesture i was really surprised and i am extremely thankful overall i think if everyone that has came in sticks around this apartments will definitely continue being a great place to call home

The management is not doing honest work. They don't give back your deposit. They somehow generate charges out of their mind and they do not give your money back as promised. I do not recommend this community to anyone. Rita from the management was very rude to me: (

Ms. Rita is a great assistant manager. Ever since she has been here, things are addressed more properly and in a timely manner. She is always friendly and helpful!

The staff goes above and beyond in providing great customer service. They are friendly and always have such positive attitudes. If there are any issues they are quick to help and get on top of a resolution. In particular, Mrs. Rita the Assistant Manager is absolutely amazing so it sets a tone with the rest of the staff being so accommodating. Remember it starts from the head down! Now a days and times it’s hard to find an all encompassing complex like this! Comfortable, nice apartment with quiet living and a very supportive office and maintenance staff all in one! No need to look any further if great is what you want!

I have been at Cascade for 5 years now. Fairly nice place. The best customer service I have received was since the end of 2022 up until now. Mrs. Rita is so caring, understanding and listens. She gives you sense of belonging. I wanted to move out last year but she was able to convince me to stay and that she would make sure everything I need done in my unit be taken care of in a timely fashion. She makes Cascade a better place to live.

Staff is always helpful with smile faces no matter from where you came, give that feel in your own home. Kilah is kme of the best staff with curly hair makes always being funny and makes it fun to be around.

Been living here for a couple years now and I can’t complain anytime I have any issues Mayra has always gone above and beyond.

I toured with Ms. Mayra about a month ago on a Saturday & I must say the experience with her from the moment when we walked in & out the door was very pleasant!

Myrah is so awesome! She was so inviting her personality was everything very great energy. She was very helpful very attentive to me and my husband needs. She is literally everything you will want to see when you walk into an apartment! Customer service was simply amazing! She’s beyond five stars

I want to thank the cascade team and especially Mayra for making my move in transition very smooth! Her service is phenomenal, I would highly recommend seeing her if you’re in need for an apartment.
