Cash America Pawn, Pasadena TX

Just went in today 03/19/20 waited 10 minutes no big deal then the lady in the back tells an employee to pull the two rifles I was looking and hold for a customer that was not there. I was there cash money in hand, and was told sorry. You won't be seeing me there anymore.

It was so much better when Jimmy was there. You could walk in and see a familiar friendly face. Now they have a lot of new people every time I go there. They never answer the phones, and are not very friendly or helpful. The store is a mess and it makes it hard to get around in there.

Great customer service, NATHALY, IRMA, and especially MAGGIE made sure I had an excellent experience. Will definitely be back, and will definitely refer all of my family/friends to visit to be taking well care of with awesome prices! Keep up the good work ladies, definitely my favorite Cash America!

This place is the worst just got a TV spent 200.00 dollars got it home and it won't even turn on and they won't do anything about it do not use this pawn shop

Don't waste your time with this place. If I could give this place minus stars, I would. One star is honestly too good for this place. They don't even answer the phone.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, this is the saddest excuse of a pawn shop. I called the shop 5 times today they fail to answer all those times and I wanted to ask if they would take a certain item, I then proceeded to drive out of my way to this POS of a pawn shop to be denied of my items. PS I would never sell or buy to this place they lowball and they overprice their stuff

Stopped by here today and the manager CHELSEA was very rude to me and my girlfriend acted like a total b**** for no reason very bad customer service. She was more concerned with flirting with the UPS guy than actually doing her job very bad customer service I recommend you fired this woman I have spent alot of money at this Cash America alot and I go at least once a week looking for new items for her to act like that with me and my girlfriend is completely uncalled for and unnecessary I will not be going again until she is fired I will call tomorrow and place a proper complaint with the head manager of the store and corporate.

This is the worst pawnshop in history, they don't answer the phone at all I been callin them back to back and no answer, and they don't be that busy neither smh they are just sorry up there

My name is George and I work here. I'm not going to lie, my customer service is AWESOME. Problably the BEST EVER!

I went into this store 3/21/2016 and looked around at the video games. I noticed a sign that stated "Video Games starting at $4.99", so I looked a little closer. I noticed that there were games that were priced on the spine of the case and some that had no price. I picked up one that I was interested in and it had no price. I was told that if it had no price, it was $4.99. I took it up to the counter and the store manager, Isaela (?) took the case and started typing stuff into her terminal/register. She then told me the price was $29.99. I said that it has no sticker on the case and she told me that if that's the case, they will look up the item and find a price. I have been a customer of Cash America Pawn in both Texas and Louisiana for the last 5 years. I've bought golf clubs, camcorders, DVDs and games (hundreds of them), pool cues, tools, jewelry, guitars, a WiiU system and more and I have ALWAYS seen a price on the item or agreed on a price knowing what they priced the item. But for them to outright make up a price on the spot is unethical.

I've called them 9 times today & they just DON'T answer their phone. I understand it may get busy sometimes, but that is ridiculous. 9 times? How do you run a business without a phone in 2016? Doesn't make much sense.
