I pawn a jbl speaker and a little flat screen TV. I came back to get them out and they lost the remote to my TV. The store policy is that if you don't have a remote with the TV they won't take it. So it took the entire staff to find my TV remote and they couldn't find it. They were going to send me off with no remote until I spoke up and they gave me a new one. Then I have my speaker and my TV in both my hands and no way to open the door to leave. The manager literally was right there and did nothing.
Very good workers they work with you! Never had bad experience with them.
