Assistant manager here Saturday morning 2/18 was rude. She is loud, talks over you and is disrespectful. The way she was talking to her peers was very unprofessional. She would belittle them and talk to them like they’re children. Unacceptable.

The employees were nice and then the manager came out. You’ll know him. He’s kind of fat. He has a red mole on his nose and you can tell he is trying to impress corporate. I brought 2k worth of tools that hadn’t been used and he offered me 50$ then to prove it he goes and shows me the lowest priced set of 6 tools which was 250 and didn’t even have the tools I had. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A DEAL. The manager will do everything in his power to screw you over and then act like it isn’t his fault.

This is my favorite place, all the staff are so friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who looking for great items!

Just went in and got my ring priced for pawn, was told by some overweight white guy with a long white beard in a very condescending tone that my ring wasn't real. I went to a Cash America not even 5 mins away, had my ring tested in minutes, verified it WAS REAL and was in and out with my loan in less than 10. This place discriminates.its so obvious! Probably thought it was stolen.smh

Was told that my jewelry wasn’t real even though it was authentic watches from the 2000s that were passed down to me from my grandpa

I have been dealing with Cash America Pawn over the years. I have done loans on my jewelry. It was help me out when I needed to take a loan on some of my jewelry. I will definitely go back to them if I need to in the future.

I lost 2 thousand dollars worth of layaways because they didn’t have my telephone number. I remember the manager personally saying you won’t lose these we’ll call you for sure if you go past your date. (Which I seen him do every time I’ve walked into that place, calling others to remind them about their layaways). Wow smmfh crazy how someone can do business with a store give them the courtesy of coming back several days in a row because they we’re under staff and the line was out the door just for them to treat good people/business like this? What did I do to y’all?

Visited the store on Saturday and looked around. My teenage son saw a couple of times he wanted. My husband suggested we shop around and come back. By the time we were going back the store had closed. Went back the following Monday to purchase the items. Both times there the store was clean, staff was friendly, manager out working the floor and helping customers. Well run store. Will come back to shop again in the future.

I love this place and everybody there! They are so friendly and helpful. This is the only place I go when I need a loan on my items or I need to sell something. To me, they are very fair, you have to remember that it is a pawn shop and they must make their money if you don’t make the payments. They have saved me many times, and they definitely take good care of my items. I would recommend Cash America Pawn to anyone, especially this location.

I have more stuff than I know what to do with so I end up selling it here. Usually greeted by friendly staff who try to give me the best deal they can. Go in with a fair number in mind and the whole process will quick.

Today I came in to look around and ended up leaving with a beautiful ring for my wife. Thanks Ernesto you the best and I’ll definitely come back with my gun buddies to see you since we are always looking for guns (great selections and prices).

Great customer service experience at this pawn, love that they do layaway for Christmas. Ernesto you definitely should see, he took care of me from start to finish on purchasing and made it very easy.

I've been doing business with Cash America for 8+ years. The relationship has came to an end. They have merged with Cash Plus Pawn and trust me it's s disaster. We all get busy and sometimes we might forget our renewal date. They will pull your prized possessions in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Special Money Pawn on Main St. In Keller TX. They work with you, and they are fair. Check them out.
