Cash America Pawn, Socorro TX

This place needs to close down. They have great customer service but they sell broken items to customers and don't even say anything about that broken item.

Very bad service had called to sell some boots they said they would take them then wen i got there in person they said they woildnt take them very bad service i dont recommend any one to go there ever then they act the victim they management was blaming a new girl instead of owning to a mistake they blamed a new girl if they treat there workers like that i would not come here againever dont go very bad service save ur stuff for another pawnshop

Walked in got friendly customer services very respectful hard workers. They asked how much I told them the amount they met me half way on that I was pleased.

Ruby was great. Super helpful. Nice and honest she was very knowledgeable and made my purchase easy with great customer service

As someone who’s been coming here for years The service is always helpful, nice and fast. The people have always been respectful and professional.

Today walk in and was met with great customer care was able pawn my DJ equipment with no issue ver professional here legit place to go and purchase or buy

If they buy a broken item without knowing they will sell it to you broken without saying a word.

Worst customer service from employees to management. Management gave me the lowest loan amount for an instrument that was worth $4085.00, and only wanted to give me $150.00 for it… what kind of bull is that? I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this pawn shop, low offers for instruments, tv’s, and other types of electronics. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION… FLEE FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER OF A PLACE. There is a worker there by the name Perla, absolutely disrespectful and I’ve still no idea why she is still working here… she tried to keep me from talking to a manager once when I was going to file an extension but since I work far away, she placed me on hold while I was driving to the store only to have her hang up on me once she saw that I arrived at the store. That is not a good employee.

Visited this pawn shop yesterday and had a great experience. Customer service was great, and the store was clean and organized. They were able to answer all my questions about the piece of jewelry I was interested in and they offered me a great price. I will definitely visit this store again.

Do not buy from this shop. This shop bought tools from a thief. I'm now working with the police to prevent this from hapenning again

I had one of the worst times going into cash america i have never been mistreated like i did that day they need to learn to hired the correct people with the best customer service the girl that help me out was rude was giving me attitude and im not the only person she was rude as well i had a couple of friends that used to go to the Socorro Cash america but they stop going cause of the girl her name is Cassandra she needs to learn how to be respectful to people and she needs to know what customer service is if she dont know how to do that then she needs to be working were she dont need to talk to people.hope this gets fix but just to say i would never go back to that store ever again and my friends and family wont go either.

I am amazed at how precise and knowedgeable the people that work here are about all the merchandise they carry i come here often to buy or sell and the service is always the same Awesome! From Carina Yvonne Cassandra all the way to mngt. Mr. Adrian each and everyone of these people will take the time and help you down to the most miniscule detail with a warm smile and politeness that is now missing from businessses today. These young people are a breath of fresh air to an oldie like myself they bring up to date with technology and with new products on the floor. I have never bought anything here and been dissatisfied with my purchase i have always gotten the best advice from all these people as well as courtesy calls when my pawns are going to expire. Now thats quality service at its best from good natured people. Whoever is training these employees kudos great job. Always very helpful but they also know when to let u look and be on ur own.
