Very good prices there is a very friendly girl but a boy is rude and rude I don't know what gainsi does not serve customers well

My fiancé purchased a ring from this establishment two months ago and purposed over Memorial Day Weekend and within a week of wearing my beautiful ring that diamond became loose. As we went in to collect the items that were initially pawned to get the ring we were met with rudeness from the staff. This surprised me after hearing nothing but positive praises in regards to the staff that helped him pick out the ring. My fiancé was never informed of the need for a warranty or that they offered a warranty and didn’t get it so the staff members refused to assist in satisfying our concerns and needs.
