Walked in today and was refused service with no explanation at all by RALPH. I’ve been coming here for years with same exact piece of jewelry and today all of a sudden was told that I couldn’t be helped!

Every time I go there I asked for Evan! He is the manager really do care about you and he go out his way to work out the best deal out for you! If I could I will give him 6 stars
