Cash America Pawn, Fort Worth TX

Now I can see why this location to on has such a low rating.
First I stood around in front of the rings for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to help me, all the while one of the employees chatted with some guy about what a “big spender” he has been in the past.
I was shopping for an engagement ring, driving to many locations. When asked to see my ID, j furnished my Texas issued ID (which was not a drivers license, but a Texas state issued ID with an identification number, photo and birthdate, as the law requires) the employee, named Daniel, then began telling me that they don’t sell to people who can’t get an ID (my drivers license was lost and I am having a new one sent as we speak) and then began making condescending comments. When I got upset, as his comments were embarrassing me in front of the other customers, he only doubled down and berated me for not having a state issued ID and began a line of even more condescending interrogation questions such as “did the state walk up to you and give you that ID? ” and so on, implying it was fake. The ID clearly is issued from the state of Texas. It works everywhere else.

So not only did they turn me away and kick me out for having a state issued ID, they embarrassed me and immensely disrespected me because they are not educated and trained enough to identify the other valid forms of identification the state of Texas issues.

I am a local business owner and spend a TON of money at Cash America. All my tools, equipment and anything else I may need in a pinch I get from here. I have contacted corporate and will make sure to get this corrected. You don’t do this to customers at all, let alone ones who are trying to give you thousands for a ring.

The employees are always polite and helpful especially the big dude with the beard and long hair. He is always nice and cheery. He always gives me good offers when I nees a loan.

I bought a car amp from them and they told me that it work got it home only to find out that it didn't less than a hour later.and they told me since I bought it as is that they would not let me trade or exchange it. That's bad business even for a pawn shop. I was a frequent customer but now I will be taking my business elsewhere

Let's just say you have the GOOD and the HOOD I do a lot of business with Pawn shops and I was just starting to feel good about it again. But there have been some staff changes that don't represent everyone there or the company's good name some staff do business based on how they FEEL and not based on there word to the customer some staff there are very professional and some well I digress.let me just say know who you are dealing with when you go and stick with Him

You can always count on them to give you the lowest price.

The MOST unprofessional laziest staff i have ever came in contact with.i actually have friends and family who work for the company so cash america as a whole i do promote.however at this store specifically the (whom i will assume teenagers) could barely stop looking at their cell phones to help.cash america again great business but either need some employee training or a complete staff flush out of bodies you pay who only brinf your name down. Good luck

Sold me a bad laptop didn’t even tell me the thing was broken and couldn’t connect to the internet. And there’s no return policy everything sold as is!
