Bought a heater from the company never worked i asked i bought the warranty! Hadnt even been a month had to sell it back to them for half the price i paid Be careful the employees don't know how to do their job Make sure you buy the 30-day warranty! I got ripped off for half my money they need to check there Equipment before they sell it to people

Danielle and her associate were both helpful and friendly. I unfortunately didn't find what I was looking for but I'll definitely be returning in the future as the need arises.

Girls are always helpful. Spencer and Lucy are amazing. And they know a lot of there customer's by name. Been a customer for about 5 yrs. And i live about 45 minutes from there. Its always worth the drive.

Sold me a non working ac unit. Stay away from this place as they put non working items out for sale and then they won’t give you a full refund. I know they test all items before they buy them so it’s hard for me to believe that they were unaware it was damaged equipment they put out for sale. Its disgraceful when pawn shops put out equipment they know is not working in hopes someone unsuspecting will buy it. They are more reputable places out there save yourself some grief and skip the Vance Jackson location.

About several weeks ago I was in a bit of a financial bind and I had some money for groceries, so. I had went to this Cash America location on Jackson Keller Road and I took my Apple iPad Air to pawn it. I was only gonna get $45 or $50 and they gave me $70 which really made my day. They were professional, courteous, sincere, intelligent and forthright. The assistant manager had told me that I had qualified for up to $175 (I had paid nearly 650 bucks for my iPad Air about two years back) but I took $70 and it only cost me $84 to get back. I will return again if I need their help.

Jaime helped us and she is very sweet and kind. I will return and shop with her. I don't remember the manager but she helped us a lot as well. We got exellent deals. Thank you Jaime. Very friendly! Smiles all the time.

Been a customer for over a year, but recently will never be returning. Sold a watch for 60 dollars, came back a month later wanted to buy the watch back, did not see it on the floor, so I asked if they had it in back. Witch they did. Spencer (general manager) finds the watch then wants to sell it back to me for 169.99 being well aware of the price I sold it to him for. Seems like management is more concerned about making a profit than keeping loyal customers. Watch out for they are all about the money, I'll never be returning. & hopefully you take the advice.
