My experience here was great the first day I went. The second day I bought other items in and the assistant manager BIBi was there and very unprofessional to me (customer) and her employee assisting me. She treated the other employee differently than the lady assisting me. It seemed like the Store manager or Gm was there and did not redirect the assist manager’s behavior. I left with not even wanting to pawn my iPad mini because of the Atmosphere. I asked Ms. BIBi for a customer service number and she pointed at the wall and stated, “it’s right there and you will probably talk to the guy that just left just to let you know”. There was no concern or resolve towards me or her worker. Do better!

Fair dealing for the items I sold - great customer service. Stock was low when I went, but immediately post Mother's Day that's to be expected.

Found some cool items and killer deals on dvds.

Do NOT take computer equipment here.tried to pawn a computer i took out from another cash america only to be given half as much as their own company gave me from a different location.how is that possible? Rip off.

This place egregiously wronged me in indifferently handling the loan on my laptop.

Due to Covid-19, I wasn’t aware that they were open when it was time to redeem the loan. I found out before the redemption date what they were open because they do loans; which is because they are considered essential services.

I called and asked a representative for an extension of 13 days. I gave her my account information. She said she would extend it, and that the additional amount I’d have to pay when redeeming the laptop would be $4.30.

Same representative gave me 1 additional day at the 13 day mark, when I was on the way to them and discovered that they were closing half an hour early.

I arrived the next day and was told that my laptop had been sold.

The manager (he said his name was Mike, and tapped his chest to indicate that he had an identifying name tag; which I guess should have kept me from having to ask). There was no name tag. I even took a picture.

He said that he knows what the particular worker would have said, but had no video record of same. He said he will check with worker, but not when I wanted him to, but in his own time. He kept saying that I misunderstood. I even showed him where I wrote the information on the ticket when talking to his representative. He unsympathetically argued and put the blame on me.

I told him I took an Uber to pick up my laptop, and he offered no concessions and said he had no other laptops to sell me.

I arrived by Uber and using a walker. Very cold-hearted. VERY!

May the Holy Spirit of God visit the whole place!

I believe the white gentleman is the manager, he is nice, energetic and polite. I went to this store on the first week of Feb 2020 and they had good prices but the 3 fat Hispanics are very condescending; specially that girl named Bibi. She must be the owner's daughter or something for her to feel entitle to watch youtube videos while "attending" customers with an attitude. I mean they have a job because of us customers why the indifference and patronizing?

Went to sell my roku TV, they looked on ebay for a price, averages 300 on ebay, they offered me $80. Don't do business with this company

The "manager" De is very inconsiderate of the reason people go there, I was going through a rough time and she conducted herself rudely. She has no empathy and only cares about cheating people. I had to pay for their mistake and not even a sorry. Such a rude person I don't know how she lives with herself. Will not go here anymore.

Overpriced compared to others and no customer service. Waited half a hour with no assistance. Expensive compared to other pawn shops
