I made the call, the offer was good, I gathered all the info and just like that my junked truck was gone! The yard is clean again. Good people to talk to, there were no ifs ands or buts about it! Very good service! I recommend it to anyone!

Had an Audi I had to get rid off. Got a quote in less then 5 minutes online. Had the highest quoted price compared to everyone around. Setup a pick up day and time and vehicle was picked up the following day. Smooth process and definitely recommend compared to all these low ball junkyards that were quoting unrealistic numbers.

My representative Lukas and everyone else I talked to were totally incompetent and unhelpful. After I sent my title and dealt with them for several days, when they showed up to pick up my vehicle, they had the wrong VIN number, which caused even several more days delay. Don't sell your car to these guys. They will just waste your time and cause you frustration.

Overall everything with customer service went well. Just had to reach out and reschedule the pickup a couple of times because the guy picking up had some vehicle issues, but instead of letting us know why they were late we had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. The customer service representative stayed on top of things though and kept checking in with us when he noticed the vehicle wasn’t picked up yet.

I worked with Martha and she made the entire process of selling our totaled car easy and stress free! She even worked with me to get a higher price than the website quoted me! I highly recommend using them if you are looking to see your car.

I’m here to edit this post, we sold our car to this place and somehow our license plates ended up stolen and being used in a whole other state and now receiving citations and now I get to deal with proving this car isn’t mine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great service I expected to sell the vehicle for scrap maybe $2-3 hundred dollars. Instead I almost fell out of my wheelchair. They paid me $6000, enough for a decent down payment on an SUV for my daughter. Great service! The only downside is the number of people I had to speak with to sell my vehicle.
