“ Just Moved to This New Town And Decided to Sell some of My Old Items Since I didn’t Need them. I went to This Store first time and Got Stereotyped By This Senior Citizen Lady Who I Think Goes By Lady M (Idk why miss use the word lady 1st of all) She ain’t nothing close to that. Didn’t Say anything I let it slide and decided to give them another chance.in my line of work we trained to give everyone a chance so I came back 2 more times to pawn items that I didn’t want to pawn but just wanted to reassure myself what happened last time was a individual thing not the whole Business.and the girls who help me had great customer service and helped me a lot (Wish I remember their names) So I was like it gotta be that just one individual so decided to come back few more times to see if I can catch that lady and I did and this time was worse than the previous time. (To many details to write) but from my understanding and going here like 7 times your item value depends on who is at the counter. And if you bring something they don’t know they will offer Pennie’s even when one of there store policy is 1/3 of retail. That Senior Citizen Lady Respectfully Needs to retire She Still value your items likes the 60’s maybe 70’s so to save your mental sanity please DONT GO HERE there is better pawns shops who have professional appraisers who will give you a decent price for your items. ACTION PAWN is Better and Has reasonable Offers. & “
