I've been helped by all three employees and it's always a great experience. They definitely negotiate better than any other pawn shop I've been to.
I came in here last minute, and Lisa was not worried about anything else but helping me, I was needing a loan and she gave me top dollar because she knew it was an emergency. Needed a loan so brought in a rifle. In the past I'd be lucky to get half the value of anything I brought in (at other shops), so I start high and let'em "talk me down". Not here though, I got 2/3 the used value which I thought was fair. I'll be going back.
Great place and friendly staff. I know that place for 6 years and I have great experience when I buy items.
They are a great place to get firearms and ammunition. I like the down to brass tacks approach they give you. I myself don't like to be hovered over and asked if I need help. Also, I havent had anything that I had to return that I've purchased from them.
