Mike and Ashley are really doing a wonderful job in here and they both have a good orientation to talk to customers in a polite way.this is so amazing because they communicate good inorder for the customer to understand more better and this give me more courage to pay my bills.

He staff was terrific; especially Shawn she went the extra mile. So long story short I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am. My credit is not so hot - obviously or I would not have gone there. Anyways, that wasn't the reason I was denied. I had all the documents required along with other financial stuff just in case. Well after 40 minutes and signing everything, ect. I was sure the loan went through. BUT NO! Corporate decided they needed a 2nd government issued photo ID to verify me; which would be a passport or a gun permit. That takes weeks or months to get. REALLY! I'm 64, born and raised in the US. I've owned real estate, married, widowed, and have a son. I've worked for almost 50 years and paid taxes. VERIFY ME? I called corporate; they said it came from Underwriting Dept.but I couldn't speak with anyone because there was no personnel in underwriting. WHAT? The branch manager had no answers or clue about this. I said look at me! I'm standing here - I exist! - Verify me. We re-submitted the documentation again with my D/P photo at my request. They called my cell phone to be sure it was me. BUT STILL they could not VERIFY me. What in the @#%@ does that mean? No one there knows.does anyone out here know? Deny me because of my credit score or because I couldn't provide financial records, OK. That I could understand. But SERIOUSLY? I can't be verified and not a single soul knew or could explain what that meant or why. SO CORPORATE OR THE BRANCH I HOPE YOU'RE READING THIS AND CAN FIND ME AN ANSWER. Like I said the staff was great and I would have come back again.on no wait I can't. I don't exist. In all seriousness, please find me an answer, so very curious. Thank You <<less
