2I contacted customer service. This was after I experienced the worst customer service at this location. The person I interacted with was in a rush to leave for the evening. He didn't give me his name, only the scribbled name of his regional manager, who I later learned did not match any personnel in the chain of managers for this location. I was able to have a detailed conversation with a district manager at another store because the person interacted with did not elicit confidence that the person who needed to be informed of my interaction would.
Took out a loan recently with Devon and Brittany. I was very impressed with the professionalism that I received at this location. Very fast and friendly service. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this store. Great job!
