Cash Store, Irving TX

The agent (alex) was new! But he did an amazing job and his service was great I recommend this place for short term loans when you find yourself strapped for cash

My experience with another location started bad. First, I was told an email will be sent to my employer as the emolument verification. A week goes by and nothing. I called and I was told he forgot to send it. Then, he has me come in 2 different times to sign a verification of employment.
Two whole weeks have gone by and they didn’t bother to even give me a call.
My HR department never received the email

My friend referred me to the Irving location.
I was there yesterday to turn in my docs and sign the verification of employment
Today, in the afternoon I get a call saying they received the response from my work!
(Yes, the one that took 2 weeks to send to my employer at the other location)
I come in, they run my info with all the docs I had turn in a day before
Now it’s all DONE, I have my loan.

It took them less than 24 hrs to get me this loan. While I waited 2 weeks from the other location and didn’t even get a call from them.
My job only takes email as a form of communication, I’m sure if they were able to verify my employment over the phone it would of been faster.

I don’t normally like doing reviews but I just want to thank you guys!
You understood what had happened to me at the other store and made this process as smooth as could be.
Answered all my questions
Advice me on how to do my payments
Gave me different forms of payments

If you're in the market for a loan, do NOT. I repeat do NOT revert to getting one from the Cash store. Like others have said, you get pre-approved for a certain amount, and get to the store only to find out that you don't qualify for that amount AT ALL. This is a tactic just to get you in store to apply.

I found out that they have a team of lenders that they submit your application to and they are the ones who give you the actual loan. Might I also add that the interest rate is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Anyone in their right mind wouldn’t dare accept an offer as such. I only did because my approved loan amount was extremely small and I plan on paying no later than a 2 week period or so.

Once my small loan is paid off, I will NEVER do business with the cash store again. They pray on their customers and should be ashamed of themselves to do such a thing especially during the times we live in. Pure EVIL!

The chubby Mexican seems to hurt giving loans as if it were his money.he only makes excuses.this place is not recommended. They don't charge $10 to print the documents.

The customer here at the Irving Texas location was outstanding. They never fail to makee feel great
