I spoke with Tony over the phone on yesterday. And when I came, he actually remembered most of our conversation. He is truly customer-centric!

The representative was very friendly and helpful. It can feel a little uncomfortable to be a tough situation and need your services. He did a great job of helping me feel at ease and explaining the process.

I would love to share a word or two w the district manager, u are single handedly bringing down this business, happy employees make a happy company, stop bullying your employees, co workers are being like u, there are other loans places, I would not recommend this place!

Though I absolutely hate the entrance, the customer service was great. Russell was swift, tentative, and pleasant.

I wish I would have known that it would be a hassle to process payments to pay on my loan. I would have never gone here for a loan. So to others out there find a different company for loan services because this one is not it.

Me & my husband went 3 to 4 times because we had to have bank statements, and other things & got denied! They told him that he was approved so for him to get everything they he needed! The lady working there is no help! She was mean to me too! Never go there expecting anything!
