Totally unpofessional. We agreed on a price, then I sent her multiple emails trying to schedule a time for her to come but I never heard back from her. If you're looking for someone reliable, I wouldn't count on her.

Cassie kept my house for four years, until I moved away from the area. She cleaned every two weeks and was reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and had high standards for cleanliness. When I moved away, she did a deep cleaning of the house to put it on the market and it was immaculate. I recommend her without without any reservations!

We met Cassie in the midst of chaos of doing business with another cleaning company (3 broads). We’ve made business with 2 cleaning service and both were absolutely horrific. 1 forgot to clean our home the same day the renter a renter checks in while the other one just did not care about the job whatsoever. Hence, we had bad reviews in regards to cleanliness of our rental. And then there was Cassie.

Cassie has done a tremendous job taking care of our home like it’s her. She communicates very well and ensures our house is in prestine
condition. She even would buy little things to make our home look better. She checks our home and make sure everything is in place after each guest which helps us file a claim if necessary.

In the short amount of time, Cassie has truly wowed us. We don’t look at her as our cleaning service, we look at her as family. As long as we have her looking out for our little home, we are at peace running a business from miles and miles away.

OMG! Bought our first house in Galveston, TX and we were moving from about 90 miles north of there. I hired Cassie's Housecleaning to do a deep clean on my home before our big move and let me just say they did a FANTASTIC JOB! I was blown away with the quality of work that was done and I strongly recommend you use them! They were so flexible with my schedule (I rescheduled the time twice with them) and as I was not able to be at the home while they were there, they stayed in constant communication with me of their arrival and exit and such. Thank you so much Cassie for the great care you gave my special first home!
