Took my new watch in to have the band adjusted! Craig Cassio waited on me! Super friendly, adjusted my watch in a couple of minutes, charge was very reasonable! I will be back in the future! Check’em out!

I needed a watch repaired. I stopped at one place in the Portofino shopping Center. They said 6 to 8 weeks and couldn’t provide a quote. I asked them for a referral nearby. They instantly said Cassio Creations. I drove straight over. Was kindly greeted when I walked in. I showed them my watch. I was missing a piece that was not really a normal size. Much to my surprise, Craig took it the back, found the piece, fixed it, and the charge was almost nothing. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. And it was for $10.
Then we had an amazing conversation for a few minutes.
These are incredible people. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry in the store. Highly recommend.

It’s hard to find good customer service in a day of automation, so it was a pleasure to have a couple of different services performed by the folks at Cassio. They answer their phone. They find answers to your questions quickly, and will do the hard work of research if you have a more difficult challenge or project. They did a research on an antique piece of jewelry that we had, for example. But they are equally helpful for simple things like watch battery changes and band replacement. Josh helped me the last couple of times I was in, and he was very professional, helpful, and friendly.

It doesn’t hurt at all that there is covered parking and a covered walkway and only a short distance to go from parking to the store on a rainy day. If you’re lucky, you might even be able to parallel park directly in front of the shop.

Another satisfying experience with Cassio Creations. I had broken a beautiful multi-strand woven collar necklace made of aventurine chips. They found a way to mend it and even add a really attractive extender that is easier to operate than a standard closure. I can even remove it and use it with other necklaces if I want. Win-Win. Excellent customer service, excellent communication throughout the process.

I had a custom engagement ring done here and I can’t say enough great things about how simple the Cassio team made the process. Very straight forward, honest and easy to work with. From finding the right stones for us to walking us through each step of the design process it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend them for any custom work and all jewelry needs.

Couldn't be happier! Paige is amazing - she really took the time to understand what we were looking for, and created exactly what we wanted. We went to a handful of different jewelers before finding Cassio Creations, and they were just trying to get us to spend a ton of money and then rush us out the door.

At Cassio Creations we found a proper, sophisticated atmosphere, no pressure to buy anything, and incredible friendly, competent people working there. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs. Really can't give enough of a shoutout to Paige!
