Castaway Cove Waterpark reviews
34Cool rides but everything food related is seriously over priced, with 5 kids, it's just not worth the trip.
Great love this place it's small enough that your not wating in line for an hour but it's still a lot of fun with a bunch of cool rides
We have 3 boys who are 6,5, & 5. It was perfect for their age group. They were able to participate in everything the park provides except 1 ride (weight requirement) The time for food was a little chaotic but it was the day before the end of season so it's to be expected. Overall great experience.
Only giving 4 stars due to madness for food to be served.
Not overcrowded. Clean. Wine based frozen drinks and beer. Plenty of shaded tables. Grab a tube and float the lazy river.
I love how they open their park to the special needs community before opening it to the public so that they can make the accommodations necessary to have a good time. I hope we can get more days like that next summer because it is such a success.
Nice place to cool off on a hot summer day, Really like the park after dark events nice change of pace for a little night life time for the whole family
The rides are not that much of a thriller, but pretty fun. Sometimes the water is a little bit cloudy. The prices for food are okay and the gift shop is a little bit expensive for what it is.
Nice place but to small for the cost to get in. Unless you can find a time they have survival prices then it's good. Rides are really fun.
Great place to take the family on a hot summer day! Call ahead to make sure they don't have large groups to avoid long lines at the water slides.
Loads of fun, the kids area was perfect for both of my kids - 3 and 8. We went during the week and there was only 1 slide that had a line. That slide had tubes that were partially deflated, so that was a bummer but it was still fun. They check your bags for outside food and drink. The lockers are $10, but you get $4 back when you take them back the key. The prices are NOT right on the website. Having to pay a different price than expected is why they get only 4 stars.
Since the city bought and took over the place, you are no longer allowed to have fun. Over- regulation ruins things. I understand it is a family park. However, when privately owned adults could enjoy themselves also. There was an area for 21 and over where you could have a beer and smoke a cigarette. There was nothing wrong with that. It was an outside area and your little ones lungs were not being affected.
Decent water park great drop slide but the employees are more strict than any other water park I've ever been too and the foods not good
It's no wet n wild yet the charge about the same. It's good for younger kids but there's only a few slides for older folks
We went there early in the day and it was very pleasant. But towards the end it got pretty crowded
Free parking, reasonable entry, clean water and not overcrowded. What you want in a water park in the hot days of summer.
Only because food was terrible! Not worth what you pay for it the food and drinks I mean, the water park was great.
Nice waterpark with plenty to do, only problem was with bees by the food area, they're everywhere. You'd think when you pay $18+ for a ticket you shouldn't have these problems
They run out of things in consesions.should have 2 ppl Parrots perch, its too slow with just one person
Was awesome! Not too crowded either as far as lines for the slides. Great customer service too. A huge recommend especially with this tx heat
