Castle Dental, Webster TX

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The front office as well as the back office staff are great. Victor the dental surgeon is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Becky, the dental hygienist is top notch. Very happy with my visit. Thank you!

OMG! These folks are awesome. I was suuuuper nervous but, they managed to help keep me calm, made me laugh, and just made me feel comfy. Liz was super great. She put on some great jams. Dang a little which definitely lightened the mood. Before you know i was done and we were all best friends. Thanks to everyone in the office for making it a great visit. I almost can’t wait to go back. Hahaha almost

Everyone was very nice, gentle on the cleaning and examinations, and explained everything I had a question about. One of the best dentists I have been to and highly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dentist's office. First, the person who took my x-rays left injuries in my mouth while they were using the machine. Second, I was told that I needed an extremely expensive scaling as a 23-year-old man with white teeth and good hygiene. They refused to clean my teeth because of this. Turns out after I went to another dentist I did not need that procedure and just needed to floss more. Third, while getting cavities filled which I am not certain he filled the last one after mentioning it was just a stain (I am pretty sure I paid for it to be filled anyways) the doctor filled out a prescription while performing my procedure. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Fourth, the Dr wanted to inject antibiotics into my gums when there was no infection present which cost around 1,200 dollars. I was also told by another dentist that this was not needed. I will not be going back to this office again and recommend you do the same. That is of course unless you do not have an issue with being taken advantage of.

The hygienist Becky was amazing, her communication with me was great and she's an amazing explainer. I highly recommend her

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The dentist communicated very clearly what was needed and what the plan was.

I went there for fillings. Check in was smooth and quick. The dental assistant and the doctor were great.

First time, the visit was pleasant. The second visit sucks, front desk staff is not very "customer oriented" person, i tried to pay, they do not have change, she just told me we dont have a change that I have to find an exact change to pay the service. That's for me a no, no in customer service. What could have ahead done was, I do not have a change right now, but I will try to find if I can make a change. At least do something! Did she go extra mile? Did she accommodate or address the concerns of the customer. HELL NOPE.

The dentist actually looked into my mouth and gave me some good advice. The only problem I had was the front windows was sooo dirty - but inside the building was clean - the outside made me not want to go in but I did anyway and was pleased.

Great service as always, but they could work on updating patient about delays. Had a 12 noon appoint, arrived at 1150. Okay with a slight delay, but 45 mins (uncalled for) and then I had to go up and ask. To only find out they thought she was back there already. I replied no and pointed to my daughter sitting in the chair in waitinng room.

Also free wifi would be great for those waiting. Other than those two things I love castle dental and so does my daughter.

Well their Definitely skilled, the quickly diagnosed all the problems I had with my teeth. But it was just too expensive.

Worst dentist office ever. I do believe they jack up the prices so that you can pay out of pocket. This is our second time here and we won’t be back. It’s a scam. Find somewhere else to go. They wouldn’t give me a normal cleaning because they said they needed to go underneath my gums to clean which would cost $158. Then wanted to charge me $60 dollars a tooth for some antibiotic for 12 teeth. I cancelled that appointment and never let them touch me. I’ve never had an issue with my teeth or gums. No cavities or swollen gums. They are truly a joke.

I've just enrolled into this local webster area dentist about 2 weeks ago after going nearly 7 years without a check up. That didn't seem to matter to the staff at this location. With only 2 visits they've caught me up on cleanings, polishing, an even perfomed an emergency wisdom tooth removal (which was painless by the way). From the 2 front desk clerks, the dental assistants, all the way to the actual Dentist. All were very professional, knowledgeable, and treated me nicely. With their tips an dental service i already feel an see a great improvement with my teeth. Also i Love my new top of the line Electric toothbrush that they sell exclusively at the desk. This is by far the best Dentist I've ever been to and look forward to coming back! Thanks Castle Dental!

This castle dental really changed our minds about the company. My family had a very bad experience with a castle dental in the past so we refused to use them for our family and our 4 children but the doctor, the techs and the front office staff were fantastic here in webster. Thank you for being so caring, thank you for being so detailed and so helpful. We really appreciate you all.

I went in for a visit and the staff Isabel and Reigan were very helpfull. I was nerves but they reassured me I would be in good Hands. I woouñd recomend to family and friends.

Okay so I'm not one to leave reviews for dentists but this was by far the best experience I have ever had in my life. I honestly almost cried tears of joy. Dr. Victor Garza and Dr. Jermeesha were the absolute best. My mouth doesn't like to numb because my adrenaline rushes so high when I'm in the chair. Dr. Garza took his time, was slow moving, he took extra time to make sure I was numbed all the way through. I had a surgical extraction of my tooth because it broke off under the gum line. Someone who doesn't know dentistry might think it may take an hour alone getting it out. I was numbed and my tooth was out in less than 20 minutes.seriously. I hope I never move and I might actually start taking care of my teeth again. *dentist fear over* THANK YOU DR!

My experience has been great! Everyone is very kind and informative. Your geeeted as soon as you walk into the door. Reigan was absolutely wonderful! I had lots of concerns about the procedures and she guided me through the entire process to help me become better aware of the outcome. She was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I call the office I always speak with her! I would definitely recommend Castle to anyone looking for a dentist. My experience has been the best thus far! I’ve always hated going to the dentist but now that I’ve found Castle I won’t be going anywhere else.

Going to the dentist has never been a pleasurable experience for me. This time was no different. It’s been way too long and I couldn’t help but be embarrassed. Reigan was amazing! Not only did she explain my treatment to me.but she made me feel comfortable and like I had no reason to be ashamed. She helped me to understand the importance of getting my treatment done, even if it’s a little bit at a time and not get overwhelmed. For the 1st time, I left the dentist office with a smile!

So dissatisfied with castle dental! They made a mistake and charged my old insurance. I called them endlessly to try to fix it since i would changed for getting my wisdom teeth removed. Was only supposed to pay around 200 ended up paying around 1500! They always told me problem was resolved that they had charged my correct insurance and then another one of their billing departments kept telling me issue was never resolved. I had the run around for almost a year and now i find myself paying fir what I shouldn’t! And to think i wanted go get my braces here! So disappointed i trusted you with my dental health!
