I made a 2pm appointment for my spouse, showed up 30-40 mind early, and the whole office was dark. No people inside, no lights on, can't get an answer via phone. Called another location and they called for me and found that the office was closed for the day? ! Why make an appointment when you're going to close the office? ! My spouse is in pain and needed this tooth removed, now he has to wait until Monday and we're going to a different location.

Great service. Teeth cleaning and rebonding a loose permanent retainer wire. Cleaning was painless and retainer bonding was quick and clean. Answered any questions I had and cleared up any confusion about the process to fix my retainer.

I set up a appointment and was told to be here 30 minutes early. The store is completely closed during its open hours and I’m sitting here trying to get my appointment taken care of sitting in pain, but no one is here. Store is completely blacked out sign on the door stating the location is closed.

I called and left messages four times on 7/17. After no calls being returned, I drove to the office to make an appointment. I had experienced dental pain since 7/15. After all that I need a root canal.

Randy is the best hygienist! He truly cares about his patients and takes excellent care of their teeth.

These guys are absolute joke! I've called a bunch of times to get an appointment, they refuse to answer the phone and won't respond when you reach out online. Dumpster fire!

I usually don’t go out of my way to give business bad rating because it takes time to write this. But this business is the epitome of THE WORST and I feel obligated to inform the public. I scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning. At the day of appointment, they told me they needed to take X-ray. I showed up 20 min earlier than my appointment. After X-ray, they told me I have to schedule ANOTHER appointment for dental cleaning. I went in again 2 weeks later for the actual dental cleaning appointment. They told me I needed special type of cleaning because my gum from 2 weeks ago had slight inflammation. They refused to give me treatment if I didn’t go for the special cleaning. I left without cleaning my teeth. I found another dental clinic, and called Castle Dental to email my X-Ray, which I paid for, to my new clinic. Castle did not pick up, I called all day at least 10 times and left at least 5 voice mails. Zero call back. I pressed “1” parenting to be a new patient, someone picked up immediately, after hearing what I needed she transferred me to another line, which led to voicemail again. What’s wrong with this business? It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Wait time was long to be seen. I think the office operates on a bare bones staff. The front desk, x ray technician, and dental hygienist were very friendly. ; although they try to upsell procedures and treatments.
I don’t I’ve ever had as many X-rays (25?) in a dental visit. Quick visit with Dr after cleaning. He was calm and approachable. I don’t quite understand why you would need to come back for a cleaning after an exam? Most people have very busy work schedules and cannot make two visits just to get your teeth cleaned. I was fortunate they had an opening for cleaning right after the exam- although there were only two patients there including myself at the time.

I’ve been coming to this facility for years and this year I’ve seen a huge decline. Since Dec of last year I’ve been getting phone calls about a balance due. Apparently this facility never updated my insurance information and they have yet to file a proper claim even after I’ve given them my updated insurance numerous times. I’ve gone in to their office, I’ve emailed, I’ve called and we are now in May and they still can’t seem to submit a claim so my insurance can pay. It should not take 5 months of my time for them to do their job. I really hope they can get this resolved for me soon or I will have to find a new dentist.

I had the worst experience with castle dental for my crown and worse treatment I need a Manager to contact me as soon as possible.

Very, very pleased with everything. Dr. Daiwan and his assistant, as well as the front office were excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.

So rude personnel and not helpful at all! They made me wait for almost one hour and at the they said that your insurance is not active even the provider said it is active to her.

All staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and Dr. Chi Ho had great bedside manner, explained what to expect well and made my dental experience which can be tough a pleasant one. My teeth feel great after my crown and fillings. Highly recommend North Hills Austin office!

I had a cleaning done with my exam in the same day.very efficient and nice staff. I especially loved Kim, the assistant. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. She also so fast with x-rays! I highly recommend coming to the Castle Dental on Braker Ln.

This was my first visit and I had called a day before requesting a call back and asking them to pull my records from my previous dentist. However, I did not get a call. And they had not requested my records (x-rays). This delayed me by about 30 minutes until they could request the transfer and the X-rays were in order for the doctor and hygienist to review.

But after that it was smooth sailing. Randy the hygienist was pleasant and did a great job with the cleaning - he was delicate and did not hurt me through the cleaning. Very considerate and informative.

Dr. Chi Ho visited for a very short time. Given this was a first visit I was a bit surprised with the brevity of the interaction. However, everything seemed to be in order and I just needed cleaning. So, perhaps there was not much else to establish a rapport.

The facility was nice and clean and had all the equipment necessary for my cleaning.

Very upset that you schedule for a cleaning, but they took you in for x-ray and then you had to go in a 2nd time for cleaning.what a waste of time and effort!

I left the North Side office as satistied as I am with my South Side
office. Very kind, professional. Thank you Dr. Ferral and her staff
