Caterpillar Seguin Facility

Easy in easy out, I pull a flathead so I can't speak for the van driver and it's by appointment to load and unload

Very impressive! I’ve been in a few facilities over the years and this is bar far the cleanest, well maintained one. It’s massive and I can tell they make every effort to take care of their employees.

The grounds are well maintained as well.

Great people in the warehouse. The place is clean and looks organized. They get you unloaded and on your way fairly quick.

I was hurt on the job, they have no sympathy for that, they will let you go and move on to the next victim.

With who I drive for we come here alot! It's a flip of the coin. Either you're unloaded fairly fast or sit in a dock up to 5hrs. Sometimes we even drop n hook here which is nice. Plenty of overnight parking in the driveway off holt rd. McDonald's is right behind them with truck parking as well. It's not bad but pack a lunch just incase. Don't hit the guard shack 30 minutes before your appointment.

Love the facility, Teamwork, Compliance, pay. If you need a job or a new career, this is the place to go. Be on time, do your job right SAFELY, stay off your phone, work hard and you will eventually be a STAR. One screw up destroys it all. Good Luck
