Who ever I talked to on the phone was Rude and they except you to answer when it's convient to them. When I tried asking everything I needed to turn in she said she would email me and never did she acted annoyed because I couldn't here her. There is people out there who really need help and she made me feel uncomfortable I just hoped someone would be more professional especially working catholic charties a religious place super disappointed didn't check back for help because of that.

What a breath of Christian care this place has. It' s staff are all so kind and caring. They offer and do whatever they can to help in all situations where a need arises. Never condescending or too busy to listen and offer the kind of love that only Jesus could possibly inspire in this blessed group of people. They are truly compassionate. God bless them all.

I am Gina Whitson Seabourn. Catholic Charities is a wonderful organization that has caring people that work for them. My experience with Kathy, who is over the elderly assistantance program is a very kind lady that goes above and beyond to help the people that reach out to her for assistance! If she isn't available to take your call? As soon as possible she calls you right back and she knows her job very well. The first time I called Kathy, without any hesitation she helped me with my rent. I didn't have to go in to her office to see her or fill out a lot of paperwork either? Everything was done over the phone or via email, unlike so many of the organizations that requires your presence and many forms to fill out and then having to wait for approval, not sure if you were going to receive any assistance or not? Catholic Charities is there to help people that are having problems paying their bills for whatever reason? They can and will do whatever they can to help you! And you don't have to be embarrassed or feel like you are a lesser person because you can't afford to pay your own bills. The staff understands that at times people go through hard times and need some help. That's what you will get it you are in need of assistance. Kind, caring organization
