I ordered and paid for my dress on Tues.the 13th. I was told it would be in that Monday
I just called.now they are telling me next Monday. This is not good customer service. I will Never order anything from Cato in Euless again. I am not happy.

They need to change their store hours! THEY ARE NOT OPENED AT 10AM! THEY DON'T OPEN TIL 12 NOW!

Always a great option! Wish had stuff in photos in store - seems to be an ongoing issue. But other than that, I love the "old-fashioned" educated HELP and friendly attitudes.
