6The two women in this store have terrible hygiene! Their teeth are yellow when they smile, their breath is atrocious. They make the whole store smell like spoiled milk and bad seafood! This must be why the store is empty all the time. Tell them to take a bath before coming to work!

I got treated by the girl over there really bad it just because I had returns. She was acting like she is doesn't want to return because was a lot and she get more upset with I told her I have another transaction for return. She got my attention to ask her (it's look like you don't like a return items) she answer with very rude way yes we don't want customers to return. So I told her it didn't work that is the reason she was blaming me to didn't try it on fitting room before purchase. Will this message for Cato it is not her business to ask plus when I did this purchase she was by her self on cashier and I was in hurry to pick up my kids. But, I always for years now even when I had to leave in MI I been shopping with Cato Fashion I go home and try it and I do return easily with no problem. Mckinney location never ever had a problem with purchase, return or online order.
Ps: this girl greeting everyone going in or out and she did that first time with me the second time I went for return she didn't even says bye or come back and see us or nothing like that. However she said it to the lady was in line before me. It's very rude
