I was trying to trade-in my car and took it in to have it appraised, but never got a call back about the appraisal value after calling back myself multiple times and talking to different people. Guess they don't wanna sell me a car!

Highly recommend Cavender for purchasing a new Cadillac. Our salesman, Kevin James went above and beyond in helping my wife and I purchase a new XT6 SUV. Everybody we spoke to were not only very knowledgeable but very helpful in answering questions. The dealership made a strong impression on us to return for future business in servicing our vehicle. I am going to give this a 5 because Mathew and Michael were awesome! Now for the shop, carlos needs to learn some manors and customer service skills. He is very unprofessional and lied to me about something being fixed that wasn’t. I recommend the sales department but not the shop. They also forgot to put screws back into my vehicle. Also on my brand new 2022 Escalade after they did the 1st oil change the lights of low oil keeps coming on. I think they ruined my motor! They also quoted me 1.5 hours for an oil change and it took them about 5 hours to complete. Carlos also makes you feel like your a burden when you ask for any updates or any questions. They also ran my Cadillac through the car wash and scratched it and bent the license plate.

First time buying a Cadillac, Matthew Martinez was great! Let me see all my options I wanted not what he thought was good just to make a sale, then did not pressure me to get the more expensive car as well! And even after my purchase he’s still helping me out with understanding here and things on my CT5. Definitely look him up if you want to be treated right and taken care of while you are there getting your next car! You’re the best Matthew if I could give you more than 5 stars I would!

Don’t buy a Cadillac. I’ve had nothing but issues with mine for years. And the sad part is that the issues are the same issues that were “warranty” when I bought it and never got fixed. I also took my Escalade here to get a few new items wrong with it … paid almost $1000 and none of those issues are fixed! I have no faith in Cadillac or their service. I give up.

Well let me tell you about this company, where do I start, good salesman he just went by what they told him, he told me the tires where new the tires where so old, I had to buy new tires soon as I drove off the lot, and they told me I could get my oil change in a month, oil light came on in too week they told they didn’t say that, so I took it to my brother who have a mechanic shop he say this oil is so black it’s never been charged, then I to go to the auto zone and get a new battery it’s never been charged, I also had to get my air conditioner serviced, and now they said I need a original power brake booster vacuum pump so this is right after I drove off the lot and now they doing a recall on the Cadillac SRX. Not sure if you what to buy a car from them are make sure you get some one to look at it first are go to KEN Cadillac. I was thinking all Cadillac Dealers would be fair and trustworthy and have good cars to be so expensive, I paid 24,000 for a SRX 2014 and I’m a lady by myself trying to take care of a car that I know nothing about, anything could have happen to me, and there was no spare tire in the car, had a flat tire one night by myself trying to get help. And I didn’t have a tire so they said they would have to take me to a tire place and leave me there to stay till the next morning Until they are able to fix the tire, that what on Star was telling me. That when I knew I didn’t have new tires.

Kevin James was our sales associate and as usual, he surpassed my expectations. Kevin is very knowledgeable, and while he didn’t make any promises during this difficult time in the auto industry, the lead time was much shorter than we could have anticipated for a special order. We will continue to go back to Kevin for our auto purchases in the future and recommend that anyone else who visits this dealership do the same!

Fantastic experience! We were interested in purchasing our first Cadillac back in December 2021. We were greeted by Joe Lopez and he treated us very well the moment we met him. After a few months, we came back and met Mr. Lopez and Diego and we drove away with our first Cadillac Escalade. We love it! I am giving them a one star because of follow thru. I have always dealt with Ken Bachelor Cadillac and they were amazing, however, since Cavender is closer to my home I decided to use them. I dropped of my vehicle to be repaired, I had an extended warranty. I was told by Steven, he would file everything for me and I would be reimbursed directly. I picked up my vehicle on 04/22/22. I called the warranty company today 05/03/2022 and the paperwork was never sent, So, I have been waiting for a 3k reimbursement check that had not even been processed. Other than that I don't have any complaints.
