Made an appointment to see a Toyota Camry when I got there it took 45 minutes plus to find the car that was on the internet so once I decided which car I was purchasing he brought me two payment options and asked me which one was I more comfortable with I told him I was not basing my purchase on a payment but on on my loan rate they said they could not run my credit until I decided which numbers I liked best which is totally crazy they said that's the way they do business I also told them that I needed to go take my medication and they told me if one of us did not stay they could not hold the deal for us I said I am willing to give you a deposit and they said no they could not accept a deposit on a used car that had been their policy forever which makes no sense at all but anyway had to leave my brother there and then come back only to find out they was charging us 18% interest I said that I had gotten a loan somewhere else could come back on Monday would you take a deposit on the car they said no so Don't waste your time here these people are just sharks Go somewhere else that you will be treated fairly I purchased a vehicle at Hertz car sales an hour later at a 8.9 interest rate so do yourselves a favor and don't go here they do not know how to treat people for sure it is surely a three-ring circus there

Tommy was incredibly helpful and our problem was resolved in a few days. Our repair ended up being covered by our warranty so that was awesome. Will visit again.
