I’ll never go back to this store. The employee who helped us kept laughing at me because I didn’t want to spend $250+ on a belt and boots. To that young man in the gray eyeglasses.not everyone wants to spend hundreds of dollars on a belt. I asked you to find me something less than $50 and you laughed at me for it. How dare you? You know who wanted that $50 sale? The owners of the store. You need to seriously re-think your costumer service.

This place is amazing. They have lots of selections on boots men's women's and kids. They also have clothing and jewelry including wallets and hand bags.

Bought some boots that looked used and scuffed up.for full price very over priced boots. Its obvious theses boots were returns. Don't get ripped off and watch this place they'll try to get over on you.

My wife took a shirt I only tried on for a few moments and did not fit and the skinny Hispanic thats in charge made a rude comment to her stating (What your husband used it last night and now you are bringing it back used.poor people skills.

Bs just bc your hispanic we cant afford some pair of rock rivaval jeans. Never go to that small horrible cavenders customer service is bad. Walked in there to exhange a gift and manager Louise look at me and said I cant exchange or return your gift since you dont have a receipt and these jeans are too expensive. That is discrimination just bc hes white and iam hispanic! Bs! They dont deserve not even 1 star. Including that girl there looking all stupid brand new she could not even help me look for other jeans.

We dont go here often, but it's always clean, well organized and plenty of nice people to help you.its pricey.you get what you pay for.highly recommended.

I but a $200 pair of boots not even a week I have had them and the leather it’s coming off of them made portly 1st pair of boots I’ve ever had and will be my last sadly same with my wallet
For 200 dollars I would expect the boot to last me a lifetime not pay more money to get them fixed because it wasn’t done right the first time And the lady that checked me out said there’s supposed to be a giant scratch on the back of him that’s how they’re made

Bought a flame resistant shirt I only wore it for 30 mins max they said they couldn't return. Lady with the red hair I think gloria was her name was so rude in attending didnt offer a solution for my problem. She also cussed in front of customers to her co worker very unprofessional. Would not be returning for future purchase you'll have better price and service at a flea market.

Got my 1st pair of boots for $200 I noticed a scratch in the back and I asked them is it supposed to be there they said yes and it tuck forever for somone to help me find what I was looking for and now a week later and my boots are falling apart just like my Walet that will be the last time I ever shop there again and my boots are now in the box ware they will stay The leather wrapped on them Like for 200$ I expect better The boots I got they said was alligator skin took him to the shop and figured out it’s pressed leather to make the design On them so if anyone is wanting to go there for their 1st time you will find yourself with no help and lies it’s sad that it’s like that the boots are 125$ on line at a grill boot store That you pay for quality not to sign On the box

I went to exchange some work boots i bought but the person that attended me said that I couldn't return them because they had been worn. They had such a small amount of dirt from walking from my house to my vehicle once which was like 10 steps max. I think the person should have looked more into it before saying they had been worn, the boots were still in new condition I had only 3 days with them. I am very dissapointed because I know I never used the boots at work.
