I went in on a Saturday. It was pretty busy and there was one very nice and helpful lady helping customer. Kudos!

The store was very clean, had a big selection of boots, and the employees were so nice and very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the experience and the purchase.

Little disappointed. I was expecting more variety of items on stock. Plus we received two different boot size and I had to back and get the correct pair.

Every time I go they don't have the work boot I always want and always have to order online through Ariat. Just going to stop shopping at Cavenders period!

Mark is my lil girls TZofiyas #2 hero. He was able to get her boots in time for a school event in Idaho. We had issues with the online services so we drove from Madisonville to this 290 store. Mark was very understanding about the whole situation. I cant say much for the people online but Mark runs top of the line outfit.
I know the boots didnt mean a lot to anybody else but to my lil girl they did.

My husband and I are so grateful for the Manager, Mark, for helping us. We had an online order, and part of it was canceled. His little girl would have been devastated. We called customer service, and there was no help. We drove well over 150 miles to find the boots we had promised our baby. Mark personally took care of the problem and the inconvenience that customer service provided. Thank you so much for helping a father send his little girl those boots.

Prices are way to high for that snake and alligator they killed. We have to pay an arm and leg and half our savings just to put a piece of clothing on. Killing animals for boots and hats etc. Ok not ok.even still. That is way to much for what it cost to kill that animal. Like they say. 'you are worth more your dead. " Haha!

Just looking for some boots. They have a great selection and the staff is so good about helping you with the right fit.

Iam a regular coustumer here I have been going for so many year to this location every time I go there I always have a very good experience i love going to that location however today was not the case when shopping everything was ok but when I went to check out the cashier (as on the receipt cashier #36659) did not have grate coustumers service while I was paying I notice that a sweater had a little hole on it it was something really small but it was there and ofcourse I had to say something so I tell the cashier " can I get another one, there is a whole on it" and she said ok well I already charged your card so it would have to be a return so I said ok and the a guy comes up I dont know if it was a manager or something but she tells this guy " she wants to exchange this because there is a big hole on it " that is what got me upset because obviously it was not a big hole but she said it all sarcastic and she make it sound like I was making a big deal for a little hole in a sweater that iam paying for and giving as a gift, any body included her wouldn't like that at all after that she told me to go pick out the other sweater so I did then when she was done putting everything in the bag and said thank you have a nice day and just walked away.

The lady I believe Michelle with blond hair new right to look for what I was getting for my girlfriend and also the man that does the hat bar will tell you how to make your hat look right and will even do it for you just bring him a picture of what you want

Lawrence at the hat bar, did wonders on my old hat, answered all of my questions, was exceptionally helpful and exceedingly professional. In all of my years going to Cavenders that was the best service I have ever received at any Cavenders store from Denver to San Antonio. It may seem like an exaggeration but I'm not kidding that was hands down five star service.

I was helped by multiple staff here, they gave good honest advice and there was no waiting around. Top notch.

I got the best customer service ever! Olivia was absolutely amazing she was able to help us find the perfect boots for my daughter and keep me on my budget. She was knowledgeable about the boots something I was hoping to find since I am new to the boots world.

Not the friendliest employees, good selection of men’s wallets, needs a bigger section of knives and sheaths.

We got great customer service here. Randall was helping my husband out with boots (which he took forever to choose) and Randall was patiently showing him other boots to try and made sure he bought ones that he was in love with. Will definitely come back.
