Cavender’s Boot City, Rosenberg TX

Before I get to why I gave them two stars I like their products however the service Is dookie. I called this morning to get my hat reshaped and they said they don’t know how to do that and to come in after 1pm when another employee who knows how to shape gets there. I come in after 1pm and get told that they can’t help me because they don’t have someone to reshape hats until 5pm. So not only can cavenders not train their employees to do a simple clean and reshape but they also can’t have their employees who do know show up to work on time. I will not be back…

I walked the store for over 1hr and 40minutes not one service personnel came to check on me.
I walked the men’s clothing isle, the fitting room, the work wear area, the hat section, lastly in the boot section I found muck boots, two work hog boots. Each I had to search to find the other side of my boot on display.
The other side is I only saw two other customers in the store, one was in the boot section and another woman with her children walking around. No other shoppers in sight. I spent 589.93 on boots for work. With the big Houston Rodeo coming to town and as much customers this will bring I’m highly disappointed. All your store staff were in a big bunch up front by the registers laughing and flirting, further more I was disappointed to see the female manager in with the whole crowd. I even gave them another chance to help by lingering in the belt section contemplating on a belt. They didn’t even help to place all three boxes on the counter for me when they seen me with three big boot boxes.
This will be my last time coming to Cavenders at this location. I’d rather go to boot barn where they treat their customers better, or even drive further to a different Cavenders. I’m Highly disappointed in your service store 097.

We were able to find everything we needed, and Armando was great at helping us find some of the things.

We are regular shoppers at this point. We love going almost every weekend. My recommendation is don't go during rodeo season because that's when they have a full house. Besides, that's an awesome place to go to.

Place is clean and well organized. Front entrance doors if glass was cleaned would be more welcoming. A lot of smudging.

It’s been open a while now and when they first opened I knew it would be hectic…. Overstuffed employees still getting the hang of things. Okay. Fast forward to now, I think I just waited an hour or so trying to get one single employee to help me with some boots, and not one stopped to help out. I constantly got the “I don’t work in this department” or “let me get someone to help you out real quick” still had PLENTY of employees standing around texting behind the counter though. Not impressed and won’t be back even though it’s 5 minutes from my home. I’ll make the trip to the Cavender’s downtown before I’ll stop at this one again.

Great service and sales on boots. Perhaps because the sales were so good, they ran out of my size on some styles.but nonetheless I enjoy the shopping experience

Went to cavenders for some wrangler wrancher dress pants although they didn't have my size Riley was very helpful in assisting me and calling another store to help me find what I was looking for.thanks for all your help and keep up the good work.ty

Cavender's in Rosenberg Texas is a great place to shop. There is a young lady who works there named Jocelinn. She is the sweetest young lady I've ever met and she's an awesome person! She makes you look for excuses just to come back in the store and she treats you super good! That's what I call a true friend and even if you don't know her that is excellent customer service that she provides! I can't say enough good things about her! I love going to this store!

Came in today 2 hours before closing. Nobody came to ask if we needed help & there was 3 employees just standing there talking in one of the boots aisle for a good 30min. Came to the register and a short dark skin hispanic girl with a mole in her face just got there and started scanning our stuff and didn’t even look up at us or greeted us. I dont know if this is the kind of training employees get here but they need to hire better people. It’s not the first time we experience poor customer service at this location.

We were not greeted when we walked in. Made it back to boots and then a young man did come ask if we needed help. It was 30 minutes until closing so maybe they were just ready to close.

Good selection. However, I bought some boots here that were creasing at one ankle and painfully hitting my ankle bone. I didn't have time to get them stretched that day. After returning from out-of town, I went back to the store to get the ankle stretched. I had not worn the boots; the tags were still on, etc. When I got to the counter, the clerk started inspecting the boots and asked if they had been stretched. I told her no because I didn't have time the day I bought them. She kept inspecting them, and said "They feel like they've been stretched. " Omg, if they were, why would they still hurt? ! When I complained to the manager (yes, I became Karen), she just smiled the entire time I was complaining. Ok, I get it, nobody wants to deal with a Karen. Too bad; it happens to all of us. As a consumer, I can take my business anywhere. And so can you if need be. WHEN YOU ARE SPENDING GOOD MONEY, DON'T ACCEPT STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER PLACES THAT WILL GLADLY AND PROFESSIONAL ACCEPT YOUR BUSINESS.

Very nice western wear store. Be prepared to spend some serious money. Western wear, boots, jewelry etc.

You know what it is. Large selection of boots, buckles, bottoms, and hats. Staff was very patient and helpful. I'm buying boots and buckles I don't need. This place is awesome. Thank you ladies.

The clothes are so cute! I get a lot of clothes for my man. Only thing is the "price" but. It's great quality. So I am giving good quality 5 stars. The hat guy in the back is very sweet and asked us if we had any questions etc etc.

They discarded the box for my Dan Post boots. They have Calvender boxes you can use at payout. But they were nice.

Honestly I’ve never expected to be treated this way. I went in trying to look for some boots I saw online I got some help but unfortunately they didn’t have any. I proceeded to look for other ones but none of them fit because my foot is chubby which I was upset about, this employee that had helped me comes after and asks me “did anything fit”? Instead of “ Did you find anything? “ She gave me this ugly face expression like oh yeah nothing is going to fit because of my weight. I’ve never felt so upset that’s something you shouldn’t never ask as customers service.
