They have the best workers especially this one young lady named Melissa she helped me and my husband out and was very attentive to all what we were looking for.

Place is awesome, you are welcomed and there's salespersons everywhere to help, there's a saleswoman named Melissa and she was helpful, was buying clothes for my dad and my mom normally picks his clothes, she passed away 3 months ago, Melissa helped me find the shirts and pants and gave me advice, got everything to give it as a gift for my dad for Father's Day, and he loves it, would recommend everyone coming here

So many boots to choose from and lovely, friendly staff who let me stay past closing to finish up a sale. Highly recommended!

Recently went and had them order a pair of boots for me, I payed on the spot and after 2 weeks of not receiving my boots I reached out and they told me since it was coming directly from the manufacturer they had no control over it. After another week went by I decided to reach out to Ariat directly and they looked into it for me they told me my order was never placed. Very disappointed at this point. I did give 1 star because they did refund my money. I went ahead and ordered directly from the manufacturer.sad to say but cavendars lost a loyal customer.

I bought a pair of boots that was defective. They really helped me out, they took the boots back and got me a new pair.

Purchased my Ariat Catalyst H2O composite toe work boots from this location. I have to say, these are the most comfortable work boots I have ever worn. I am in them anywhere from 8 to 16 hrs a day yet my dogs don't bark at the end of the day to remove em as fast as I can. I have to say though, I was very impressed at the sales persons professionalism. They were kind, courteous, professional and very helpful in assisting me to find the right work boot that would fit my standards of quality functionality and looks. Over all I am very pleased with the service I received from this location and will not only return but recommend anyone to shop there.

Not the level of quality as the old Stelzig's in the Galleria area (now gone due to fwy expansion), but still a great feel & nice looking products. Joshua & Channel gave good service & were both very friendly.

The sale person was very good and assist us until we were to purchase she turn us over to the cashier

The one star is for the one redheaded employee. Was clearly in line and when it was my turn to check out she just walked off without saying a word. I have to move to the next line and wait. Other than that, I love this store.

Only had 2 boots in my size but both boots were defective and the guy that was helping me was to pushy

They were friendly but I have never been to a Cavenders were they did not offer you help. It was 3 in the afternoon we were the only customers. The workers just stood and talked. If you asked for they helped then went back to talking. Not the service level I am used to at a Cavenders.

I am from Virginia I had a goal of finding cowgirl boots for years never found a comfortable pair. I went to several stores in Texas this store by far was the friendliest. A girl name Ali understood my foot problems, wide foot, ingrown toenails, skinny heal, high instep, she took me straight to several boots that fit. I am so excited to finally have great comfortable boots. Thanks Ali

Purchased some jeans today.we will see how good they hold up.if they lasts me at least two years I will come back.

Liquidation sale but noticed the boots outside were used and equal to the price of new boots.
Some boots on sale were as worn out as my used boots.

Great place to buy FRCs and boots also western wear and let's not forget all the friendly/helpful and beautiful staff (girls) that will help you find what you need in no time
