Cavender's Boot City, Pasadena TX

Misplaced my reciept, called to see if I could exchange they said yes but would have to give me sale price of product. Gave them product #over phone said price was fine not on sale so would give full money back. Once I walk in store they wanted to give me less since product was not under phone number but they already knew that when I called because I gave them 2 phone numbers and told me it was not under any number. Dont get me wrong I love cavenders but it really irritated me that I called and made sure before I took the drive to store just to get told something different from the same person I spoke to over the phone! Bummer, will Just have to go to a different location.

The place for every cowboy and cowgirl of every age to get their western attire! They have a good selection of toys too!

This location is great. Went in casually looking around. Everyone was very patient and helpful during my entire visit.

Was great Experience. I went for the first time today. Bought some boots for my husband. The place was organized and the customer service was great. The only downside was there was only one representative on the floor to assist the customers so it was a little wait before I got any help but nothing crazy maybe 10 min. Other than that Loved it.

Walked in to look for boots. Nobody even notice me. Found the boot section and nobody came to help me find what I was looking for.bad service. They were all too busy looking pretty. Thanks but no thanks. I walked out and won't be back.

Terrible experience there was no one to come and help us, we went to the front cashiers to ask for help they said they were going to send someone they never came so we just left. I thought that was just rude.

Went to get boots and a hoodie. Store didnt have a very good selection of hoodies. Got my boots though.

Cavender's has amazing boots. They have great prices depending on what brand you are buying. They also sale clothes their jeans are super pretty miss me jeans and other great brands. They have lots of amazing men's clothes too.the staff is amazing they are very helpful and they always h elo the customer find what they need. If you ever need to clean ur boots they do that there or they can also widen your boot if needed. Very helpful.

Great selection of clothing and boots. Bought a pair of boots and had to ask for the box! Cashier seemed irritated by my request.

I have been here many times before to get boots. This is the first time that I have had someone who was actually knowledgeable about work boots. This kid Isaiah, helped me. I usually get a size 13 Ariat boot, steel toe. He helped me figure out the proper fit, and I ended up with a size 11.5 Just in boot. I never in my life thought I would wear anything lower than a 13 again. Thanks again Isaiah.

Found boots I likes price marked 149.99 and had a 10 dollar off sign posted. I get to the counter and they ring them up at 159.99 I tell them you can see the boots from the counter. The guy walks over and says that's not the right boot that I probably moved them. The boots I got were exactly where the display is. Rude Pos I will not be shopping at that place again
