Ich heise Karl Heinz. Mike was awesome. He treated me with dignity even though I am a disabled veteran. When my vehicle broke down, he still enabled me to tour the entire property via Zoom. Because I couldn't fill out the application online due to my closed head injury, he helped me fill out my application over the phone even after hours. This guy works really hard to help people find what they're looking for.
